She said I have a client so I can't don't want them to wait. After this horrible experience I telephoned the manager and explained the situation. She offered me to come in to fix my hair free of charge. When I arrived it was a completely different story! Said it was a different service and proceeded to charge me $200 to fix another stylists mistake! I honestly just wanted it to be fixed because I am going out of town for my son's college graduation. Should have never been charged in the first place, now I am out $200 which will never be refunded! Needless to say I will never step foot in there salon again. Now tasked with the headache of finding a new stylist!
