Came in here with low expectations but that completely changed once I started to browse the aisles, next thing you know my arms were full with items that I ended up liking. This Ross today had a lot to offer today, such as nice handbags, women's fashion spring tops, plenty of gym attire, kids clothings, even women's shoe section had a couple of nice sneakers, flats, etc. the parking lot is huge, front and back parking lots. It is located in a busy plaza with other stores, restaurants, businesses around. I stopped by this location to kill time as my first appointment of the day was so fast that I had a whole hour to spare. I was really intrigued because the outside of the store is so beautiful all brick layout it just looks so nice compared to any other Ross I've driven past! There's plenty of parking but I felt that the spaces here are tight to park they're all for more compact cars. Upon entering I was not expecting it to be as clean and organized as it was! The reviews were so low on Yelp, but from what I saw on my visit today, this is the nicest Ross I've ever stopped into. Everything is so clean, the shelves are actually organized. In other Ross locations everything is messy and strewn all over the shelves, but here everything is neat and tidy which made me want to look at everything and take time browsing. The aisles are also spacious. I was very impressed. I also found what I think is a steal! A large glass vase that's heavy for only 6.99. Score! Along with some other kitchen items I needed. I really like this Ross location. At the checkout line, there was only one person manning the registers so it was a little slow. A security guard is at the door to check receipts on your way out. I would understand if I was a child or an unsupervised minor but I'm an adult and the guard prohibited me from coming in the store because I had a beverage that had a lid. So I guess they don't care about losing customers but that's okay! Don't come to this Ross if you want to be turned away. read more

This is my second time to be here. That first time I came at night, so I didn't really appreciate the view outside. And I didn't walk around the store. My daughter and I just went straight to the dress section. That time we were able to find a lovely romper on her size, color and on top of that it was on sale. What an amazing deal!! The second time, I walked around the store and checked almost every aisle. Some isles are too tight that you don't have enough space to move around especially if you have a cart with you. I find the store fully stocked and have more products compared to other locations that I have been to recently. None caught my eye so I left and headed home. Ample parking. I am Ross number one fan. I spend at least 1,000 a week there. I go to every Ross everywhere. So we went to the North hills one. It was late closing at 11: 00. We got there about 10:30 3 staff and the security the night of Feb were sooo rude. They were talking shit about everybody using cuss words especially the security saying these losers they know we close at 11. Don't ring them up and there was a rude cashier with glasses working cashier at the jewelry. They weren't talking to me cause I was already checking out. They were sooo unprofessional. Talking Spanish and slamming things. I've never experienced such a bad vibe at any Ross before. Several clients and I were talking about how rude they were. I'm really sorry to the owner of Ross cause they are loosing a group of business due to a few current staff and security. They need lessons on respect, manors and friendlyness there are too many other places to go. read more

It's the Light_skin_dragon coming to you live and direct from a place you could find golden gems!!! First off there is plenty of parking, and the store opens at 9am and closes at 11pm. It's a great day to dress for less yesssss! Because you can find almost everything at a ross. Designer brands and ofcourse the prices. The only reason I gave it a 4 because sometime some of the costumers are sketchy but besides that the staff is friendly and always willing to help. There is a no drink policy because it's a safety hazard and if the drink spills then someone could slip and fall so please don't be upset when they ask tell you that you can't bring it in. If it has a bottle cap you could bring it in. I've been shopping at ross awhile and I really enjoy everyone that works there. I stopped by this Ross to mainly pick up my Amazon package. I never pick up a Amazon package from this location before but I was already familiar with the plaza. I found parking easily because I knew where to park but they also have more parking in the back too if needed. When I walked in, the security guard monitoring the entrance greeted me. I asked him where the Amazon locker was and he pointed to the left side of the store. This Ross looks more clean and organized than other Ross stores I visited but I can't say for sure because I didn't fully walk around the store. Getting my package out of the locker was easy, I just put in the code and the locker open. It was a simple process and I would pick this location again if I'm in the area. read more

CEO Management needs to step in here and re-evaluate this stores employees. As long as you don't need help... from any of the employees, because the attitudes from them are horrendous, so don't even bother. I was born and raised in the SFV so you can imagine how upset i was when i saw the renovations here at the Olivo in Mission hills that did not include Mission Hills bowl. I had so many childhood memories and i'm sure the whole San Fernando Valley did as well. When i saw the huge ROSS sign outside i was like really? Because we all know we needed another Ross because there isn't one less than 10 min away from this shopping center. I'm not a huge Ross fan because I don't have the patience to be looking through all the racks. However, this one just opened up and although i was not excited about this addition to the shopping center, i still stopped by to see what's new and better from the other Ross on San Fernando blvd. Parking is a hassle and spots are just tiny in general so that's great, right? The inside is of course clean and NEW. I looked around and BAM! I hit the jackpot with these levi's for $14. So it is overall very neat , and most of the store is organized which is rare for me to see at a Ross .... but I very much disliked the service this worker name "Nayeli" I believe her name is,treated her customers. So I was around the women's clothes and a elderly women kindly asked her to please show her where they had joggers and "Nayeli " just said there that way with no specific details of where exactly. Then the women walked down the aisle to try to find the joggers and she looked lost and was going the wrong way so she raised her voice at her for no reason at all and was telling her they were right there with the worst attitude. Me and my 4 year old went into purchase stuff for my upcoming trip. As soon as i entered the store, The security guard and began to follow us around. They dimmed the lights in the store not explaining overhead and that made me and my child feel uncomfortable !! I've never encountered anything like this in my life! We were the only black people in the store, so maybe they aren't use to black people. I wanna believe racism doesn't exist, but with what I experience today I'm 100% still sure it does! PS. Very rude security guard working at the door. Walked in with coffee in my hands and was yelling "No drinks" as I opened the door. He acted as if I was stealing or robbing the place. What a complete idiot to say the least. Zero customer service skills. Seriously Ross train your people at least a little before you put them at your store front. Over the summer I came in several times while my car was being serviced at the Hyundai and walk in with my kids after stopping at Dunkin Donuts. Never once was I told that drinks were not allowed. Will be calling corporate to ask what the real policy is because it's not okay to be yelled at over a drink in front of other customers. This review goes to the sps today saturday July 6,2019 at approx 10:20 A.M. I went in to this store without any bags just my wallet and keys and the sps greeted us and I greeted back(I've worked at ross before),so I know how things are. As we walked around the store the sps starts following us around and made it more obvious when we got to the men's section and he was carrying around womans heels.I mean anymore obvious? we immediately felt uncomfortable and ended up leaving the store. What got us upset was that the lighter skinned sps started to laugh thinking my husband and I did not speak english. Be more professional if your in the sps position!
