This hotel was clean and quiet. There were several restaurants around the hotel in walking distance. We had room 301, which was at the far end of the building. Oddly the main entrance is at 1 end of the building, most hotel is in the middleish. If you have issues walking, I suggest asking for a room closer to the elevator. Our king room was huge! It felt like there was a missed opportunity as this would have been a spacious double queen room. Bathroom was at the far end of the room, which was only a little problematic when you really have to go! LOL The coat hangar on the wall is genius for rainy days or even colder weather. The only thing that puzzled us was the lack of dresser/drawer space... Microwave in the middle, fridge on the left, what is that door on the right? We opened it and it was 3 baskets. Was this our dresser/drawer space? Odd... But since we were only staying 1 night we didn't need to use this... Pool but no hot tub, tiny gym, and 1 computer and printer in the business center. Breakfast was included and it was standard hotel fare. We would definitely stay here again, if we do another long road trip.

He basically tried to convince me not to stay here, and made some weird misogynistic "the woman calls the shots" comment when I said I was gonna talk to my wife before deciding. But he literally lied about the rates claiming they were double what they were until I said I was looking at the app and he was wrong, then he "checked the system" and "saw I was right". Not sure if he was just being racist (I'm Hispanic) or what but I've never been more put off by someone working the desk at a Hilton. They keys didn't work for any of the outside doors, no matter what time of day/night it was and it was the same with the laundry room. Every evening the elevators seemed to be broke down. They had signs on that said out of order. The lady at the end of our stay said it was a "safety hazard" so they have to shut it down every evening. That place is a joke

The hotel was in good shape and in a good location right of of I-80. The room was nice though the small fridge didn't have a freezer section. The only other downside was that it took over 5 minutes to get hot water in our third floor shower (and of course the water pressure was terrible - nothing new at most of the nine hotels we stayed at). The breakfast was OK - they lacked some of the choices of other similar hotels. In the end this was an inexpensive stay so the minor glitches were overlooked...

When we arrived after 11 pm. (5 hr drive) and being up since 5 am, all we qanted to was get in our room. We are given room keys and went up. To our surprise the room was disgusting. Look like they had an orgy fest in there. Lipstick all over the sheets, dirty tissues and washcloths on bed. They offered to clean room, (honestly they would need to spray that room down.) They told us the manager would be there at 9 am on Saturday. We waited to check out and no manager. Spoke to the manager today and all she did was keep apologizing. That is not what I wanted to hear. How about compensating for the wasted time, the walked caused me pain. So the next day was back for what we had planned.

Staff is nice but apparently it's the owner's policy. I travel often and can check in an hour our so early without issue elsewhere. We were just passing thru and didnt feel like driving the full 12 hours in the middle of the night and decided to crash in this city. It was a place to lay down, catch some z's, take a shower, grab some complimentary breakfast and hit the road again early the next morning. The rooms were a bit outdated but clean. We had a 2 queen suite, with the 2 beds in one room and there was also a sitting room with a tv and pullout sofabed. The hotel had a bit of a musty smell, but not enough to bother me. Like I said, everything was older. But I really wasnt expecting luxury because I paid about $70 for the night on Hotwire. We just needed a place to crash. Breakfast was decent. It consisted of the infamous make your own waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, bagels, yogurt, and juices/coffee. Conscierge was ok. We checked in at 2am and at 2am no one is really friendly, so I wasnt expecting top of the line service. Just make my check in process quick and give me a clean room. All that I asked for and thats what was delivered. So overall a good experience for me. I'd stay here again if I were passing thru anytime in the near future.

The bed was a little creaky, but we still slept soundly. The fold out bed was ancient but we made it work. There was a free breakfast but we skipped it to get a little extra sleep. The young man at the front desk apologized for not having gift bags for us because the owner was out of the country. My husband said we'd be happy with bottles of water and he gave us four of them. We got a room upgrade, too, for being gold members of the reward program. Excellent service! Overall, anything that we found problematic is going to go away with the remodeling. We'd be happy to stay here again.

The towels had brown stains on it. Only one light worked in the room out of the three. The tv was plugged in and still didn't turn on. I asked for a new remote and even that remote still didn't work. The blow dryer either had beard or pube hair on it. A lot of guys were drinking earlier and heard someone throw up outside in the middle of the night near our room. Really gross sight to see in the morning near my door. Bathtub looked like it wasn't cleaned and had blonde hair on the wall. This place is terrible and do not recommend to anyone. This particular Comfort Inn pretty much fits that mold. On the good side, it is quite, it has a pool and adequate seating for its complimentary breakfast. The one thing I found odd was that in my room the full light block blind or shade didn't cover my entire window, but no big deal. I found the staff to be professional and polite. Overall spotlessly clean and generally a decent place to stay.

The AC was perfect and the bathroom was just right. The negative is that the room smelled like it had been smoked in for a long, long time. We called it out at the desk the next morning and they offered to move us. We went to check out the new room and it smelled even more strongly of cigarettes. All of the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. The pillows were not comfortable. The sheets were fine, no stains or holes. We did have a few towels that had stains and one towel that had a hole in it. One day, the housekeeping team took our used towels but forgot to leave clean ones. Not too much of an issue except that the front desk struggled to find us two towels that late evening. They did find two, but they were challenged. The hotel is also located right next to the highway and our room was on the third floor on the end closest to the highway and we could hear highway noise quite a lot. This hotel does not have an elevator which was ok for us but may not be for others. This hotel serves breakfast in a room off the lobby, but we did not have breakfast any of the days we were there. One other concern is that we are used to external doors to the parking lot to be locked at night where you have to scan your key card to enter. These doors were never locked so this was a safety concern. The price was really affordable though and we were able to make this work for us.
