I really like this place, quite charming and quaint. It is nestled in a little neighborhood in Wyandotte. I had been zipping through the city had a good lunch hit the park walked it off and remembered that I wanted to check this place out. Well I am pleased I did they offer all kinds of delicious treats for sure. I got a coconut strawberry cake and a raspberry coconut type of goodie both were pretty good! I wanted to try the tamales but I passed, they also offer burritos. I will have to update on my next visit and there definitely will be a next time this place is pretty sweet. Plus almost forgot to mention just a hip hop skip and away there happened to be an estate sale where I scored the most awesome cast iron skillet for two bucks! Triumphant super happy about that. If your in the area I would definitely recommend stopping by this place, it definitely has personality.

Decided to try out this new bakery in Wyandotte! I was plenty surprised at the cheap prices and high quality baked goods! From fresh bread, pastries, cookies, conchos, etc! I have now returned several times and will continue to keep going back! I was a little confused when I first walked in but here is the basics, when you walk in to the left is a stand with trays. Grab a tray and a liner (or two) and walk around the shop and select the items you want. Proceed to cashier and pay (CC accepted). Good Eats you and your friends!

This is an authentic Mexican bakery located in a cozy corner in Wyandotte. The aromas as well as the flavors have made us come back four times in the last four weeks. The empanadas and the conchas are my personal favorite but I have tried at least ten varieties of great Mexican bread and none have disappointed. The family that owns the place is very welcoming and friendly. Get a cup of Joe to go with your pan dulce.

So fortunate to have great neighbors from SW Detroit one open a bakery 3 years ago producing fantastic Mexican n Polish treats. Yes Mexican Paczki only in Wyandotte find them on Facebook, me neighbor supply Tequila right from Mexico so we pounding Paczki today with a kick. Luis and Xochil Aguinaga, owners of Vinewood Mexican Bakery, 988 Vinewood, in Wyandotte, are busy preparing paczki from scratch for their steady Paczki Day sales. The treats sell for $1.25 each in flavors of raspberry, custard, chocolate, apple, prune lemon, strawberry and blueberry. "We sell a lot that day," Xochil Aguinaga said, adding that custard and raspberry are the most popular choices. #downriverfriendseat #paczki #tequila #vinewoodmexicanbakery #wyandotte #mexicanpaczki

They still use the original owners packzi recipe. Delicious.

So sad owners retirement end of March after 26 years. See full story Detroit Free Press, Thanks…read moreSusan for telling the full story . New Updated Review Over 50 years I've eaten this Copper miner's lunch treat from the early 1800's. A Yooper Cornish traditional lunch carried deep into the mines. I've visited many dozen Pasty Shops around Michigan and each is different. They all good to me belly, only way to eat with Gravy or Ketchup. They are always seasoned with salt and pepper only and served with ketchup or gravy. (The ketchup-versus-gravy option I like both . Never ever do they put Gravy inside the Pasty as the person that left a negative Yelp review. I've been a customer over 20 years to this little shop on Northline between Fort and Dix for a very good reason. Great prices, friendly service and fantastic Pasty. The Steak n Taters Omg one fills me belly. I Love the Gravy they sell with it. Wife Loves the Chicken stuffed one's. Owner says only another year till retirement, so get on down for your fix. #thepastyshop #pasty #minersfood #yooper #handheldlunch Must Try Original Yooper Food YUM. Have you heard the word about the 150 year old miners meal from Michigan's U P that be Yooper Food where the copper miners would have this great lunch meal each day while deep in those mines. Traditional rutabaga chopped with meats and veggies to fill the tummy. Wrapped in a flaky golden brown crust and many top with a creamy brown gravy for this type of what we no call a pot pie. This local family puts lots of Love in each and every piping hot Pasty made from scratch each day, a small fast friendly spot will make this a regular stop to take home a super meal wrapped in those jumbo stuffed flaky pockets of greatness. You think you just had a whole meal from eating just one with my favorite being the Steak along with Broccoli and cheese,,,be sure to try them all.

So they make the pasty's no gravy inside very dry not good quality I ordered like 10 for work I…read morebrought them in didn't know they needed gravy till I cut mine in half pack my lunch so I drove back up there asked for gravy again lady was rude said yep I pitched it all gravy I have no more she's rude older lady my fiancé said she was rude him too the owners not so friendly the prices are fair but better off buying a Marie calendar pot pie in frozen section grocery store or go go Kfc they have good pot pies I do not recommend these dry as dry pasties I won't be back here ever again
