Its cooler outside than inside the gym in the evenings. Customer service needs to be worked on. Staff isn't always friendly nor approachable. TV channels are not the greatest, one screen is playing scenes from Sex In The City while the screen next to it is an evangelical channel or you have the home shopping network. Machines are ok, been to other surrounding PF locations and have newer more modern machines with personal fans and Bluetooth capabilities. Glad summer is over, at times with all the high schoolers working out for free seemed like exactly that, a high school gym. Groups of teens around the machines, letting the weights slam, wearing non appropriate shoes like house slippers and water shoes to work out....injury waiting to happen.

They began signing people up around July 2024 before the gym was even open. I joined specifically because the salesperson told me they would be offering water aerobics. As of today, there are still no water aerobics classes included with membership. I asked an employee about it and was told the only option is a personal water aerobics session at $40 per class, and they only offer two per month. So instead of an included class, it would cost an extra $80 each month, which is completely misleading compared to what I was promised. On top of that, I referred three friends who all signed up within a month of each other, I was told--by the manager back in October 2025--that I qualified for a free year of membership, which I was not awear of and he even set it up for me. Despite that, I received notices from PayPal that EOS was attempting to charge me $24.99 for this February and March 2026. Not only is my regular membership supposed to be $19.99, but I shouldn't have been charged anything because of the free‑year promotion. They also increase the membership fee without notifying me. When I asked about it, I was told I actually didn't qualify for the free year because "all three referrals didn't sign up in the same month." I was never informed of this requirement, and it is not written anywhere. So why did the manager tell me I qualified? Why would it be set up on my account, only to later claim I don't meet the requirements? This company has poor communication, makes misleading promises to get members in the door, and seems to have very little regard for its customers. The saying "You Get What You Pay For" truly applies here. I would gladly pay more for a gym membership that actually communicates honestly and delivers what it promises. EōS really need to check its policy and be a little more considerate of their members.

The gym is open during the classes she leads (I'm fuzzy on the morning times, but the evening times are 5:00, 6:00, and 7:30. You get a great hour-long workout and Ana plans all of the stations for you. I highly recommend Ana's gym if you've been gym shy before: it's a very safe, comfortable place and all the women there are very supportive :)

Never felt like I knew what I was doing at other gyms nor did I ever think I'd be lifting weights, with the help of the amazing trainers always helping you out with your form and making you feel comfortable enough to begin lifting those weights even if it's a light weight. UPDATE 6/2026: I'm…read moresad to say my opinion of this gym has really gone down since my original review. Sheree's Pilates, yoga, Yogalates, and barre classes continue to be challenging and effective. I've been her student for over two years now, and the difference in my abs and strength is amazing. That we can study with a professional ballet dancer for the price of a gym membership cannot be overstated, and to be honest, she is the only reason I'm still going to this gym. The turnover in trainers is ridiculous because they do not treat their staff well. I am a professional educator and understand people management, and what I see as an outsider corroborates what different former crew and former trainers have told me. Not one of the original staff from when I started is still there. Also, all the trainers that impressed me as a powerlifter and bodybuilder and gave me effective and challenging workouts are now gone. I don't want to have to keep starting over with a new trainer every few months, so I've canceled my training package. Finally, the turf area is kind of a joke. They still only have up to 40# KBs that I can see. They replaced the sled with this rolling thing that I never see anyone use because it "is easier for a lot of clients." Who goes to the gym to do easy things? I'm giving this review 3 starts because of Sheree Skiles and the fact that the pool is clean and I enjoy using it. I am disappointed to say the least. If you are serious about lifting, and fitness, I'd have to say look elsewhere.
