I used to go all the way out to Rancho Cucamonga, Victoria gardens Golds Gym after it was turned into an EOS and it fell so downhill. I started coming to this location which is also closer to where I live and wow I am impressed. Be aware that A LOT of people come here and I understand why. The gym is so clean, they constantly have workers vacuuming the floors and changing out trash and filling up all the dispensers in the gym. The gym is also COOL TEMPERATURE which is my favorite part, my biggest pet peeve with a gym is a gym that doesn't have air circulation and a gym that feels hot and stuffy but you won't feel that here. Unfortunately my husband and I have had a horrible experience. We originally signed up in July during their specials. We wanted to try it so we got the WillDo I think it's the one for 9.99. Then we quickly fell in love with the facility and its amenities Unfortunately we got connected with someone else and she was popping her gum, annoyed when other workers asked for help, even said out loud "ugh what do they want" and rolled her eyes. She was supposed to help us upgrade our membership to the family plan because we had been telling his whole family about the gym also. She never cancelled our first membership so we are being charged for both him and I for both memberships. She also failed to help me sign in for my membership upgrade on the app but also deleted my previous account even though I'm still being charged? I don't understand how that's possible. I had called at the end of July to verify dates when the annual fees would be taken out. The 2nd and the 5th since they never canceled them. So Erica had assured me she would put in the necessary tickets ahead of time to cancel and refund them when they get pulled because unfortunately even though I called ahead of time I was still within an automatic billing window . So she told me she made necessary notes on the account and that she would remain in contact with me the whole time if I needed anything or had any questions. When it wasn't taken out I thought oh maybe she came though. So we had our normal annual fee for both him and I plus our membership I was assured would be on the 5th. After all we signed up in person together, why would it be on a different day from one another? So now I am finding out I got an email last night saying I have a past due balance I owe plus a late fee. And that email is no longer there but 27.98 got pulled? It was a different amount from the email which said 15 plus another fee on top which would be 45? But neither of these amounts make sense. When I called to ask about what's happening , I again spoke to Erica I just didn't let her know I remembered who it was who helped me last time, so I can see how she would be. She had given me the same speech the first time around almost word for word so I know their apologies are scripted, there was no remorse no emotion. Not only that but she had also told me she never submitted the previous tickets! So when she was assuring me the first time around that she had emailed the necessary people about our situation that she had already sent a cancellation of the membership that should have been canceled not only once but twice now, had never been submitted! There is no longer any trust at all here at the Alessandro location. Anytime someone has said they would help me figure out my account and my husbands account, we just get more lost pay more and still I don't have access to my account! How can I pay for something and not have access to it. I am looking for someone to please contact me that's outside of this location because we have not been helped we have not been heard we are just waiting for someone to say the next apology without any action towards actually resolving any issues. Also she said she would CC me in an email she would send out because I wanted to make sure someone would take this seriously hopefully? But haven't received anything not surprising... but very disappointing and very unprofessional. And lacking complete human connection and understanding. We are now looking into cancellation of both memberships, so please if anyone is able to contact me to discuss our situation I'd really appreciate it. 1 Star - Extremely Poor Billing, Management & Personal Training Experience Our experience with EōS Fitness has been extremely disappointing, particularly with its personal training program, billing practices, and management response. EōS experienced significant trainer turnover and was unable to reliably provide the personal training services we were paying for. Despite this, the billing continued. I canceled my personal training membership on February 4, 2026, yet months of emails, calls, and requests for assistance have failed to get the billing and cancellation issues properly resolved. Even more troubling is the way my special-needs son was handled. He was also enrolled in personal training, and in my view he was particularly vulnerable to being overcharged for services the gym was not consistently able to provide. Rather than management stepping in to protect a member who needed additional consideration, we have had to repeatedly fight just to get the charges stopped and the accounts corrected. Customer service has largely consisted of long holds, unanswered messages, promises of callbacks that never happen, and repeatedly being told we need to speak with someone else. There appears to be very little accountability when a billing problem occurs. A company should not continue collecting money for services it cannot provide, and customers should not have to spend months trying to cancel an agreement and stop recurring charges. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend EōS Fitness personal training. Anyone considering signing a training agreement should carefully review the cancellation and billing terms, monitor every charge, and keep copies of all communications. read more

I think this gym has potential: updated equipment, and amenities etc. However, the gym's function and operations are in need of an overhaul. The worst thing about this gym are the crowd's and limited space: no matter what time you attend the gym. The gym has a lot of excessive perks: the tank, recovery etc that take up a lot of space and seriously contribute to a gym goers negative experience. This ample space could be used to add more essential stations that have traffic. The tank and recovery room are often empty. Due to the limited space, there is more traffic, and more traffic means longer times in the gym. They have this weird policy that prevents people from using the workout room to stretch or jump rope when it is not in use. This limits places for people to stretch or jump rope, leaving them with no options. EOS is like that girl that tries super hard to be sexy. Sexiness is not something that should be forced; you either have it or you don't. Whoever is over the operations and design of the gym misunderstands efficiency, lacks vision, should go back to the drawing board and start from the basics. I should add: the staff are great, and trainers are awesome at this location. The equipment and gym is pretty clean too read more

I believe I was manipulated and misled into purchasing an EOS Fitness membership, and I highly doubt I am the only customer who has experienced this. I initially went to the Riverside EOS Fitness location to inquire about becoming a member. I specifically explained that I was interested in a location that had a pool. When I learned that the Riverside location did not have a pool, I told the manager that I was not interested in signing up. Despite this, the manager took me on a tour and told me that other EOS Fitness locations did have pools. I was specifically told that if I signed up that day, the normal enrollment fee would be waived and I would only have to pay $1.00. I was also told that I could visit the other locations to determine whether there was one that was convenient for me and had a pool. Most importantly, I was told that if I did not find a suitable location, I could cancel within 30 days and would not be charged anything beyond the initial $1.00. Based on those representations, I agreed to sign up. Twenty-four days later, after determining that there was no EOS Fitness location with a pool that was convenient for me, I called to cancel my membership. I was well within the 30-day period that the manager had represented to me. However, despite what I had been told, EOS Fitness subsequently charged me not only another month's membership fee, but also an "annual" fee. I am now approximately $100 out of pocket. Had the terms actually been explained to me accurately, I would never have agreed to the membership. I specifically declined to sign up when I learned the Riverside location did not have a pool. The only reason I ultimately enrolled was because the manager represented that I could try other locations and cancel within 30 days without incurring additional charges if I could not find a suitable location. I consider this to be extremely deceptive and misleading. The sales process, as it was presented to me, involved representations that induced me to purchase a membership that I otherwise would have declined. The subsequent charges were inconsistent with what I was told at the time of enrollment and, in my view, amount to deceptive and misleading sales practices, including false representations, undisclosed or inadequately disclosed fees, and bait-and-switch tactics. I am requesting a full refund of all charges beyond the original $1.00 enrollment payment and written confirmation that my membership has been completely cancelled with no further charges. I also expect EOS Fitness to investigate the representations made by the manager at the Riverside location and determine whether other customers have been given the same misleading information. If this is a common sales practice, I believe it warrants serious review by corporate management. I have retained documentation of the charges and the date on which I cancelled and can provide it upon request. read more

Do not come to this gym. Save yourself time. If you're reading this I HIGHLY recommend Allegiance in Corona. It's a PRIVATE gym, no overcrowding or waiting for a machine, and the trainers are cheaper + get to keep their whole percentage of pay not just partial. I was conned into paying more money than the actual membership here each month and when I brought it up they say "well you signed blah blah blah so I can't give a refund". I signed something under false pretenses. They don't care about quality only quantity. This gym is way too over crowded any time of day. On top of that they don't let you workout in that separate room even if it's empty since it's "for classes only". I brought this up to them and basically just got a word salad response from the their member experience manager. Do not waste your time here. My brother signed up at this gym on 1/24. Just like any other gym, they try to get you to purchase personal training sessions. We all know it's commission to the sales representative. What doesn't get disclosed are the logistics. They take advantage of someone who isn't as inquisitive. In this case, the sales representative had my brother sign the electronic signature pad without disclosing the "contract", only to realize after the fact when the contract was received via email. We showed up on 2/22 trying to cancel his PT since my brother was getting the runaround over the phone. The representative had us submit a request for a call back. It's March 1st and still no call back. They are deceiving and will do what they can to get their money. read more

I have had a membership at this gym for over a year, and it has been one of the worst experiences I have had. The customer service is very poor. Every time I call with a problem, they transfer me to someone else and say they will call me back, but they never do and the issue never gets solved. The biggest problem is when it comes to money. If you ask about charges or a refund, they keep making excuses and avoid giving you a clear answer. It feels like they are happy to take your money but not help when there is a problem. One of the managers, I believe her name is Kayla or Kyla, has been very unhelpful. Whenever I try to talk to her, I feel ignored, and my concerns are never taken seriously. The gym itself is cool, but the employees are kind of rude sometimes. Every time I bring a guest they make us sit down and wait, which I guess is fine, but it still feels unnecessary. The bigger issue is with my training sessions. I canceled my personal training because the trainer's availability didn't match mine. Even after I canceled, I still got charged again. When I told them about it, they said they couldn't do anything about the charge. So I went in person to make sure it was actually canceled, because I had already tried canceling twice and they still charged me. When I talked to them, they told me there's a 30-day cancellation policy. Because of that, they said they're going to charge me two more times before it finally cancels. We were walking in when one of the staff named Priscilla stoped us and was attempting to hard sell my wife in getting her own barcode in short sign up. WHY?! I have the top tier membership and I can bring a guest anytime. Why does my wife have to get her own membership since we both live together in the same household. Bring my towel and water to wait? I waited over an hour and a half just to be asked, "What are your goals?" twice while the agent entered my info--then sent on my way. No tour, no engagement, no apology. During the time I waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF with no one ahead of me. Staff huddled in and out of an office, laughs and smiles, another associate conducted two interviews, and the agent who finally "helped" me had been chatting with a coworker ( who I thought was a potential gym member he was trying to upsell) the entire time. EOS, fix your 7-day pass process. This wasn't my first attempt--I tried on a weekend, waited half an hour, and left, thinking a weekday would be better. It wasn't. If you're going to advertise a smooth onboarding process, make sure it actually is one. I have a serious concern about the unethical, deceptive information given to my son to join this gym. My college-aged son, who was only in town in Riverside/SoCal for two months for an internship, was repeatedly assured by a staff at this Riverside branch that he was able to join the gym on a month to month basis for two months without any obligation for an annual membership. When he called to cancel today, he was told he would be charged the annual membership fee to cancel. He was told that he was unable to cancel his membership without paying this amount, and he was told to speak to the manager if he had an issue with that. My husband and my son contacted the branch manager, Isaiah, only to have him accuse my son of misunderstanding what was communicated to him by that staff. My son did not misunderstand; he was misled. He would not have joined if he knew he was on the hook for the annual membership fee as he was only in town for 2 months. Then, we got a charge that was very high amount compared to the monthly charge that he agreed to. I have reached out to to EOS online and asked to speak to a district manager, but I have not received a response yet. Please be warned. I wouldn't want anyone to be in our shoes. read more

Once you get past the used car sales tactics of trying to join, it is a good gym, but my god will they hound you and try to nickel and dime you for every single add-on service. Also, why are ALL the saunas constantly "out of service" but they are still running and with people in them? The saunas have been out for a long time now. Wish I could leave zero stars. I signed up last week and had to immediately cancel the next day due to personal reasons. I called to cancel my membership & spoke to a young lady who said my membership would be canceled and I would have no further charges. I asked if I would be sent an email of confirmation of the cancellation in which she assured that I would. This morning I woke up and had a $78 charge on my account for "club fees." Turns out the young lady never submitted my request to cancel! Now I have to follow up Monday to check status of refund. Don't sign up here! This is absolutely ridiculous & LA Fitness would neverrrrr do this so just go there instead! Side note: Jasmine, Michael, and Quincy were really nice & had amazing customer service. read more

Best staff ever! My car wouldn't start after my workout late Monday night and I didn't have any jumper cables. With the amazing help from JT at the front desk, he went out of his way and called his AAA for me, whom was able to jump start my car and I got home safely. Forever thankful for JT! Overall I love this gym. Positive experience for the most part always clean friendly staff.. only major complaint is when a substitute teacher is going to teach a class let people know. And maybe that teacher should understand what class she is substituting for and structure the class to be similar.
