They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & they really help you heal quicker. When my daughter needed PT, I told her to try this place & she was so impressed. She was in so much pain it hurt her to walk. Within 3 visits she could walk again. MY daughter put it very well when she said these Dr's help you get your life back & it actually helped her family, because now she could be the Mom she needed to be. She could take the kids to a park or push them on a swing. I highly recommend Prime. Therapy & pain center & I would not go anywhere else.

After six weeks of therapy, most discomfort is gone and when it does come back, it doesn't linger and leaves fairly quickly. It has been over a couple of decades since feeling this good. I have never received better care, or had a more caring and dedicated physical therapist. He and his staff make patients feel like family and everyone cares about your well being. Gregg and his staff don't just give you exercises, they monitor progress, make sure they are being done properly, pay attention to how your body handles things, and are consistently adjusting your program to best work with your body. She taught me helpful techniques, supported me through the challenges I faced after my hysterectomy, and helped me navigate chronic health issues with so much patience and compassion. He loves seeing Ms Diane come out and get him for Occupational Therapy. Once he loses focus on the activity, she has something else ready to gain his focus back. He has improved so much with her and always reaches for her hand to exit his therapy session and walk out with her smiling. He adores his speech therapist Ms Krista. Her energy fills the room with joy. He reaches for her to show his love and is so happy to play with her. I love how much he has improved with her help. She's not afraid to be silly to actually bond with my son. Therapy is only half an hour, but that's perfect so my son won't get overwhelmed. And both Ms Diane's and Ms Krista's attention are dedicated to my son.

I was referred for TMJ. The morning of my appointment I show up to the listed address and this…read moreplace is no where to be found. I called the office for help with locating and was told that the Physical Therapist Im scheduled with isn't working that day and only works on specific days Also they don't offer PT services for TMJ. Not only was this a major inconvenience but they had my referral authorization for some time which means they had ample opportunities to cancel or correct the situation prior to the last minute on the morning of. I received a phone call from their office staff after the fact stating " We can schedule an appointment with a different Dr that is willing to try to treat you for TMJ but he's never done it before" "In their school and training they (Drs) are briefly taught on TMJ but he just never treated before." As I already didn't feel comfortable with this establishment, I didn't want to be a tester and more than likely make my Jaw worse. I declined and was then told "No one else treats TMJ! So, when you find out you can call us back". Afterwards I began receiving calls daily. I had to block their phone numbers and then decided to file a grievance. Because on top of the run around, rude arrogant comments and obsessive behavior their disgusting, inappropriate, un-professional assessment is beyond bothersome and offensive. Kissing, Hugging and Sexual activity has absolutely nothing to do with Physical therapy! Especially, when they don't offer treatment for TMJ! The fact this assessment exist specifically for a service not offered is a major concern on so many levels. For everyone's safety I recommend going else where.
