Also, for fellow vegetarians who love Mexican food but have to be wary of the beans, I spoke with the chef, who promised me they use no lard in their cooking. The beans are made with corn oil only. He said they would be adding rice as well, but it would also be vegetarian, no chicken broth. For carnivores, there is a full menu to keep you occupied, so no worries there.
