Chris came out on a rainy day (instead of rescheduling), walked the project with me, did his due diligence and emailed me a 3d project video and the quote. Here's the difference - I had 5 quotes, none of them listened to what my wife and I wanted. Chris is the only one who listened to our ideas and enhanced them with his expertise. He was not the cheapest quote we got, but he was the most thorough. The project: complete front yard demo, build stairs surrounded by modern landscaping leading to a courtyard with custom planter boxes and lighting throughout. Chris gave us a timeline for the project and stuck with it. His crew, lead by Jorge, arrived on time everyday and cleaned up before they left for the day. It was a big, 2 week project and they finished on time. The entire crew was polite, waved at my kids everyday and worked hard. Project manager Jorge knew what needed to be done everyday and his team executed. Chris worked with our busy schedule, listened to all of our concerns and was quick to act or change directions as needed. Never once did he make us feel like we were not the most important client to him. There is always hesitance when thinking about pulling the trigger on a job that would cost a hefty 5 figures, but when the day we saw the finished product, our jaws dropped. They did such a good job in every aspect. Chris and Jorge clearly know what to do and how to do it. We have had non stop compliments from our neighbors, friends and family members. Chris gave us a beautiful court yard to enjoy and elevated our house's curb appeal to stand out. We have done many projects in the past and have never felt this good. They made me a quick appointment that fit my schedule and sent out the coolest, most professional and accommodating, friendly guy, Jim. Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated. He was the best salesman I've ever had come to the house and he gave me a really great quote as well in the cost! The crew who came out met with me on the first day of the project (along with the Project Manager. Mr. Gomez (who is simply amazing!). And they went over what they were going to be doing that day and how long they predicted the project would take to complete. Well, they worked on our project for three days and worked very hard and did everything exactly the way I wanted it and actually installed the arbor to perfection!!! They cleaned up exceptionally well and were so amazing to work with, and I owe it all to them to make my dream come true!! With dogs, the grass was ridden with holes and dead grass from their urine. Juan and Tony are true professionals. I received a quote on Monday, and installation occurred on Wednesday. Their team worked swiftly and were very professional. They cleaned up nicely after the job was complete. We added Flagstones to the turf. The guys did not complain having to lift the flagstone to the back yard. Once again, I am very, very pleased with the outcome. I will now be using the team again for a front yard "makeover".
