You gotta let your lashes grow back out and then not do much to them because you want them to not be damaged in the process, so major struggle. I had never gotten a lash lift previously, but her pictures were so good, so I decided to just take the chance. As a side note, I have pretty long lashes and they're a medium/dark brown already but more on the straight side. It's in a super cute location, quick to get their off of Folsom- easy parking. It smelled amazing when I walked in, like a field of lavender lol! So anyways back to what's important. She walked me through the entire process- explained each step and we went for it. She was so personable and friendly and made the process so enjoyable. And for the best part, I genuinely love my lashes! The only thing i would have changed was going darker but of course I was too nervous because I didn't know if they would look crazy! But they look amazing. The 2nd time was tough because started to get a bumps on my face after micro-needling. It was scary since it never happened to me before I told Aparna about it and she told me how to take care of it and responded fast! She's awesome. Customer service is great and so far so good acne scars still there but hoping it will be less noticeable in time and probably one more session?
