I chose a spice level 4 out of 6, while my husband sprung for the 5. Both of us were very happy with our choices, as we were provided just enough heat to get our noses running, but not an overwhelming heat that took over the flavors. The sauce was so smooth & rich & seasoned with the perfect amount of cilantro. The rice looked deceptively plain, but was prepared & seasoned well & was the perfect accompaniment to the velvety sauce & chicken. The naan was stuffed with a house-made cheese & plenty of fragrant herbs, making this delicious bread a welcome side to this decadent meal. She did due dilligence and asked if I was sure I wanted hot, and then took my order and delivered some incredibly tasty chana masala that had the combo of flavor, spice, and burn that I love.
