Mayberry Barbershop is a great place if you're looking for quality cuts at a very affordable price. It has that classic old-school barbershop feel where you're treated like family from the moment you walk in. What stood out most to me was the owner. Shes a Christian who genuinely loves the Lord, and that comes through in the way she treats people. I was welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. It's refreshing to find a business that values both excellent service and strong character. Duke was able to cut my hair exactly how I wanted. He listened to what I said and cut it how I described, not how he thought it should be cut. That seems simple enough, but in reality it isn't. After loosing my barber of 35 years I spent 2 years looking for one who could cut my hair the way it had been done for the previous 35 years. Some didn't know how, some didn't know how to use scissors and others told me how it should be cut. It was nice to find Mayberry and I like the old time atmosphere there. read more

new to the area, wanted to try a local shop that felt like home. unfortunately the haircut I received was the worst i have ever experienced. asked for a simple clean up, and the barber went ahead and buzzed a Mohawk for some reason. no blend, no fade, missed spots and just overall could have messed up my own hair for 25$ sadly I'm sure this location was once a busy spot for locals, but might be time to hire new barbers read more

Stop by to see if I can get a simple faded haircut from old school barbers but unfortunately, I left disappointed. In fact, I had to go somewhere else and get it fixed so the haircut costed me twice as much. It's too bad because the places is old school and I'm sure has a lot of story to tell. Pam and Duke do very amazing haircuts and shaves def enjoy there services but the guy in the back (Latin?) guy needs to be talked with . his haircuts are well could be better sometimes there are hairs sticking up. i i notice them when i get home. maybe spend more time on cutting and looking then chit chatting.. and as far as the chit chatting.. i really dont want to hear about your sexual ideas etc... and when you started talking about my weight i was about to get up and walk out.. not sure if i will be back.. well to be honest i will when only Pam and Duke are there. read more

We actually found this place on accident while taking our dogs to get their nails trimmed. My son and husband needed a haircut so they wandered in while I waited with the dogs next door. I can't comment on how they were greeted first hand, however my husband was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was when they were greeted. When I arrived, after dropping the dogs off at home, their haircuts were nearly finished. Both my husband and my son looked fantastic (and I mean that objectively)! I am convinced that this was the best haircut I've seen my husband get and my son's was equally as amazing. I am surprised that no one has review them before and I am so happy to be able to tell everyone how wonderful the haircuts turned out. As for the ambiance of the place, it was a quaint and down-to-earth atmosphere that was definitely reminiscent of Andy Griffith's Mayberry. This is my second cut from this barber shop and it's my second time leaving impressed. Matt is my go-to barber. He has an incredibly high attention to detail and is tedious when he's cutting my hair. I heard about Matt via word of mouth for specializing in razor fades, blowout tapers, and comb overs. I knew I had to try this place out and see what Matt's got: and glad I did. I get a traditional combover, with a high, tight, razor fade, with a hard part. A lot of barbers I go to will sometimes be intimidated by the cut I am asking for, but Matt was ready and down to take on the challenge, and he executed it perfectly. The environment is a cozy and classic. Walls are covered in antique art pieces and collectibles. Friendly people, good cuts, affordable pricing, and a welcoming environment, what more could you ask for? Definitely add this shop to your next barber destination. First time at this barber shop. I choose this place because of there 5 star rating. I was not please with my hair cut. I asked for a double zero on the sides. It came out more like a "zero". A double zero would last me two weeks. Now I have to get another hair cut in a week. I Will not be going to Mayberry Barber ever again! It was a female that did my hair. I wanted my boys to get a haircut from a barber. I remember my brother and Dad looking handsome after going to the Barber. We loved the friendly setting. We played checkers while we waited. My oldest son looked amazing after Duke cut his hair. Matthew the barber cut my youngest son's hair. Duke did a great job! My husband said it was my sons best haircut ever! My son Matthew enjoyed getting his haircut by Matthew the barber. Matthew did a great job with my little guys haircut. We have been back many times. My boys and I are happy customers!
