He called around on a holiday Monday and FastSigns of Fullerton was one of the very few to step up. They worked with him on multiple iterations because he kept thinking of new ideas. Not only did they make the sign, but they also made 5x15 inch prints so each boy could have his own. It was ready, as promised, by 12 noon the day of the event. Whew! These guys are the best! If you need a graphic printed and you're lucky enough to live close to Fullerton, your search is over! These guys will make it happen. Pros: -Easy ordering process. You can go through their site, email them, or go old school and call! -Customer Service is outstanding. They don't delay in answering emails. They give you options and they work with you to find the best way to produce what you need. Cons: -It's a print shop and like all print shops they have deadlines to meet. So, its not really a con.. more like a heads up. Be prepared to give them as much time as possible to produce what you need. Be patient and grateful for finding a place that actually cares about you! I have only praise for this company! Kaitlyn/Caitlyn (not sure of spelling) was so helpful in helping me with my schools drive thru graduation signs. I told her a general idea of what I needed and she made suggestions and helped create the most amazing signs. After giving her what I was trying to accomplish, on her own she went to my schools web page and suggested colors and to have our schools mascot made as well. I didn't even think to have our mascot made, and the mascot was the hit of the drive thru promotion. I needed a large metal sign to post at our community HOA pool to inform homeowners that the area will be closed as a result of the Corona Virus pandemic. I submitted a rough idea of what I wanted the sign to say and very shortly I got a proof to look at (worded much better than I had done), and the layout looked great. The price was fair and the job was finished before I knew it. Kaitlyn(?) was very friendly and informative over the phone and made the purchase a pleasure. I jumped in my car to pick up the sign, typed in Fastsigns Fullerton on my GPS and followed the GPS directions. Unfortunately I was sent to their previous location and as I couldn't find the store so I called them to clear up the problem. Through no fault of theirs my GPS screwed me up, and I found out they were actually on the other side of town at their new location. What amazed me, and is a testament to great customer service, is that they offered to deliver it to my house asap. As nice as that offer was, I said meeting me halfway was more than fine. As their name implies, they are fast! It was helpful that they are flexible and helped come up with a reasonable solution for particular signs I needed (that were not typical, standard signs). When I got my order in, the signs were ready 3 days later. That's pretty fast. One of the signs is on a display that pivots so I'm not totally happy with that, but it was a small order so no big deal. read more
