My insistence that this was not up to the standard of every dipped cone I had in tre past he reluctantly refilled it and handed it back to me with a wad of napkins. The cone and wad of napkins was so haphazardly presented I was taken aback. Another young gentleman came and offered another handful of napkins and kept apologizing for my disappointment. If you feel the need to apologize for an item you are serving at a fast food place, perhaps the better part of valor would have been to simply retrieve poor cone and replace it with a proper one which it's proudly displayed on the menu. Perhaps the manager should retrain the employees on customer service and how to dip the chocolate dipped cones as other DQ's do so they are consistent across franchises.
