I scheduled and confirmed an appointment as a NEW CUSTOMER for 11:15am, and was asked to arrive 15 minutes early at 11:00 for some NEW CUSTOMER paperwork, which I did. Upon my arrival, I was told that they "tried calling to move me up" even though this was untrue and I had spoken to someone the day prior to confirm the appointment. I then asked if they were unexpectedly busy and if the wait would be very long. The employee's response was "No, we're not really busy, but everyone takes lunch at 12 so you can't get your teeth cleaned until 12:30pm." You see, everyone in that office takes a lunch break at 12pm, so having a new customer's appointment scheduled for 11am means they have to wait 90 minutes, until after lunch, to get a teeth cleaning. No big deal, I have several hours to dedicate to a teeth cleaning... **I'm fully aware that many medical offices like this take a set lunch break, however the 1) lack of attention to detail when scheduling customers and 2) lack of remorse for wasting someone's day is appalling. I was never given an apology of any kind, and when I said I could not stay for the next several hours the response was "ok". There was no attempt by the Aspen Dental team to reschedule my appointment. *As a side note, when I indicated that I did in fact have insurance, the employee seemed a little surprised that I was using them for dental care as opposed to a real dentist. Seems like they may have done me a favor after all.

I put off having teeth pulled because I was so nervous. I can honestly tell you this is my third visit to her and every time it has been the best experience possible. She is soft spoken and kind. She explains How things will go and answers all of your questions. I also love that you can text with them instead of calling and waiting on hold. She is always punctual, so there is no long waiting time to see her. I was the biggest dentist wimp of all until I started seeing Dr. Hamilton.

I am a mom of three and at this time of year kids constantly get sick. My youngest is six months old. I was a patient at Middleboro oral surgery. I had to call to postpone one appointment. I made it to the next appointment and then I had to postpone another one today. Both because I have kid things I have no control over. If I hadn't called, I could understand, but I call every time. If you're a mom, I highly recommend you do not go to Middleboro oral surgery. The Doctor cares more about his time than he does his patients. I would go anywhere else but here if you are a parent of young kids.

This place extracted my wisdom teeth a few years ago, which went okay. I worked with them extensively on the cost of the extraction, though, and paid my portion in advance (over $400), since it wouldn't all be covered by my insurance. I tried to call them for a new issue today and was told I had a prior balance (under $200) which I'd need to pay before being seen. They had verbally guaranteed me the amount I paid them was the entire amount I would owe, but apparently there was fine print somewhere that says it could be more. Now they won't honor their verbal guarantee and wipe out the balance, saying I have to pay it in order to be seen today. They may be good people, but they have bad policies with no compassion or leeway provided for those in financial distress.

This was a loss of time (which equals money) to the Practice, and an inconvenience to me as an elderly disabled person who was anticipating having my dental problems addressed. As a Medical Practice Manager for over 50 years, I advise you: stay away from Dental Dreams. There are many other options in the Raynham area.

I never had any dentist tell me I had a small mouth and doesn't Dental Dreams treat children --- who have small mouths?? I have always wondered why people don't like the dentist. It's because of places like this one. I needed to do my due diligence and report it. I have got my teeth cleaned every year since I was a kid and I am 50 now.
