Doctor R was professional, listened well, understood my concerns, and told me clearly his diagnosis. Left the clinic happy and with a prescription for antibiotic. Have been going to Westcare Clinic for about 10 years and have been pleased with the service each visit. Since they are a walk-in clinic, come early in the morning if you can.

I had to take a sick day from work to cover my time sitting there. A day of my life I will never get back. The system here doesn't work. I get some people need more help than others but you would think the "easy" people as I was told I was numerous times, could be in and out and out of their hair instead of turning people away as they came in later in the day because they were full. Why would an hour go by and no one in the waiting room was called? One lady came in describing a heart attack and she was turned away. I felt horrible for her. I hope she is ok.
