Water was entering my basement walls..it was a mess. He came as soon as he could. Cut into the wall and fixed the pipe. Explained that there was a pipe behind the wall for a washer/dryer--the previous owner never documented this or explained it to me (it's a very strange, rear-of-the-house mudroom that was an add-on.) For the second visit, I had a sewage back up. He came and diagnosed it, and fixed it by cleaning up the sewer line under the street. Apparently, my home piping is pretty sturdy and modern, but the pipes under the street are old and thin. So I have to be careful what gets flushed down my toilet. Yet another thing the prior owner didn't inform me of, and I had to learn at a cost to paying Ray from Streamline to fix. At least he was reasonable! I will definitely hire him again. In fact, I'm planning to contact him this weekend about a new water heater.

After calling 4 places, it was PIR that called back and had a service person at my door within the hour. Troy was really nice (even on a dreary & rainy day: he had to work outside) and he acted quick to fix the problem. The owner John is responsive. His employees are respectful and punctual. Jeff is my favorite! The day before Thanksgiving we realized the external pipe was broken and at this point I was $$$$ in on plumbing issues. John really tried everything to fix that pipe without calling an excavator. His team worked all day in the rain, in November, to hand dig that pipe out - only to realize it was 10 ft down and was going to carry a 5 figure price tag!!!!! I agreed to Johns quote and then he went to the township and got them to contribute money!! He didn't have to do that - and he didn't have to tell me that he did that, he could have pocketed it.
