Both our heating and AC units were 15 years old. He gave us variable prices, but we were sold on how reasonably priced it was for both units to be replaced. Today two installers came out, Tim Ross and Andrew and replaced both units under 6 hours. It should have taken them about 8, but they worked great as a team and Tim always kept me in the loop. They cleaned up afterwards and left my house spotless, you would have never known that we had major work completed. They tested the heat, even on a summer day, then help setup the AC with the new thermostat that they installed.
