First time I used this shop and after calling and talking to the owner Alex I was able to bring a vehicle (Mercedes) in the same day that had an AC problem. He called me back that day and told me it was just a nicked/cut wire to a sensor that was from a previous accident weeks before. I had the occasion to visit Mazel Auto Repair today for repairs to my 2012 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. It is my baby that has all the current electronics. It has been making noises when I'm turning left and also when I'm going on bumpy roads all which was coming from underneath. They not only had one Tech test drive the car to check it out but they also had a second Tech take it out to confirm their diagnosis. They initially thought about some of the things that were wrong but talking with the two texts found out it turned out to be much more extensive in terms of the work that needed to be done. They made it clear that this was going to be a major amount of work and because of the car and its age to expect more things like this within the next year. They were honest and based on the discussions decided not to go forward with the work. They were clearly the most honest auto mechanics shop I have ever used. read more

I inherited a 14-year old Caddy, and it needed an air sensor, brakes, fuel pump, and a couple more small parts to hold the engine mounting in place. Alex did the entire job in one day! He was able to order all the parts from local auto parts stores, and the job was done perfectly and on time. He recommended that I NOT fix a couple tiny items as they are simply not worth the expense on an old car like this one. Good advice from a real pro. This is a late review but I am going back and wanted to review my first experience before coming in again. Everyone that works here is amazing. Very honest people. I came in with my 2011 Audi A4 and changed the oil and discovered a bunch of issues. Alex was honest with what was wrong and when I told him I was thinking of selling the car he suggested I don't fix every thing as it would be too costly and not worth it . I have discovered more leaks in my car which is why I am coming back to get them sealed and sell my car . Highly recommended! My car had been sitting unused for 10 months while I was traveling and I needed to get the oil changed and the engine bay cleaned out as rats had apparently set up house in there. I couldn't be happier with the service Mazel provided. The owner is great. He gave my car a once over to make sure everything was still working, changed the oil and vacuumed and hosed out the engine bay.
