They diagnosed the issue with my car's engine and replaced the fuel injectors. After the issue popped up again in a couple of days, they told me to bring the car back in and within a day they determined the issue, fixed it at no additional charge, and test drove it multiple times in different driving conditions just to make sure the problem was fixed. Just want to Thank Boca's Best for putting my Hyundai Elantra back on the road as good as new. I was in need of a new clutch after 174,000 miles. During the repair other issues happened with my speedometer but they totally did their best accessing the problem and fixed promptly. Don't let your FAU students get screwed over by Joey and the group at Boca's Best. My daughter went into their shop and described the problem she was experiencing. They did what any flunky car repair person would do and they just ran an error test, rather than try to diagnose the problem like a true mechanic. What they told us was that the errors showed cylinder misfires which they said would be fixed with new coils. A few days later, my daughter called me to say the car was doing the exact same thing it was before we spent over $800 at Boca's. When they took another look, they said the car needed a new transmission and that the $800 we spent did nothing to fix the issue we brought to their attention in the first place. They asked for $3600 to fix the transmission. They did not take any ownership of their errors in detecting the issue and blamed it on the computer spitting out the errors and they could only address what the computer said, just like any low class repair shop. I attempted to negotiate the 800 against the transmission repairs and they would not budge. They don't care that they cost our family over $800 for an issue that did not fix the issue that my daughter brought her car in for. Do not use these guys, especially if you live out of town or have a college student in Boca. read more

They did absolutely fantastic work, and super fast. I was rear-ended the day after Valentine's Day. My car had both front and rear damage, as I was sandwiched between two cars. I ended up getting my car back by the first week of March, and it looked great! Joe gave me regular updates, and kept me in the loop with progress on ordering parts, and dealings with the insurance company. They made me feel very comfortable the entire process. I had my Volvo transported from New York to Pompano Beach and inasmuch as I had the car inspected by my mechanic before I left and found nothing wrong; when it arrived here the parking brake was broken. This company damaged the side of my car while it was in their possession. They refused to admit they had caused the damage and were extremely rude. The manager didn't even take the time to ask any employees about the damage. He simply exclaimed it was impossible. I took my mother's some van to Sears with an air conditioning problem and after three 2 hour visits we were then told to take it to the dealer. All of the 5 star reviews are well deserved. My husbands transmission went out last week and he needed a tow to the mechanic. Anytime I have ever needed a tow, it usually took a while so I took off to grab us some cold drinks. I had been gone for maybe 7 min and the guy (sorry my husband forgot your name) had the truck loaded and ready to go. Anyway, my husband said it was a pleasure watching that guy work; he was a tow master. The girls in the shop were super nice and they were able to complete the repairs the same day. Oh and pricing? I wish my brain would work a little harder to come up with something better than fair and reasonable. I have already recommended them to multiple people. After trying a few places, a friend suggested Boca Best to me. They had used them a few times and said they were honest and reasonable. The front desk manager was friendly, knowledgeable and in contact with me regularly. They quoted 1/2 the price that another auto place had quoted and I had not even told them the price I had been given. Looking for the absolute best auto repair around, LOOK NO FURTHER. My car was towed to this shop from AAA and someone must have been looking out for me. From the first time I spoke with Brittany "the director of hospitality" I knew that this was a different kind of auto repair shop. I was treated with fairness and respect. The owner of the shop Joe, is warm, friendly, honest and a great diagnostician and mechanic. I am embarrassed to say that my daughter's car had no oil in it (thankfully we caught it in time) and that is what caused it to need to be towed. Joe took the time to teach my daughter how to check her oil and make sure that the car was ready for the trip to and from Tallahassee (Go Noles). When the car continued to burn through oil, he fought with the warranty company to get authorization to fix it correctly and safely. When he couldn't get the parts in a timely manner he helped my under 25 year old daughter get a rental. When my daughter called him from the road because her car was making strange noises he took the time to speak with her and confirm that it was safe to drive it home. When asked if it was time to sell the car he gave me an honest answer that did NOT benefit him monetarily. I have without a doubt found my mechanic for life. read more
