The entire order tasted like cinnamon, even got cheese bread and that tasted like cinnamon too, must be in their dough

i've been on the hunt for a good crispy thin crust pizza. Mazzio's has it! perfect in every way. great crust, tangy sauce and the right amount of cheese. The service was spot on and attentive. The building is tired and could use some updating but everything was clean and tidy. read more

I placed a call in order, picked it up from the restaurant and when I brought it home and open the box, I seen this note written on the inside, " green eyes are prettier" I find this note offensive, unprofessional, inappropriate, and very disrespectful. I am a native American in this restaurant is located within our Native American community. I called spoke to the manager and he said there were a lot of young people that work there and basically kids will be kids. I didn't find his apology to be sincere nor did I feel he took this serious at all. read more

I really dont know how often they wash the pizza pans but i got a pepperoni pizza from them taste like some cinnamon sticks lol

Service was quick and polite. Stopped in as a part of our roadside drive and noticed they had a special with wings, cheese bread and a pizza for $20 so decided to try it since it would showcase a majority of the menu and leave left overs for the remainder drive if we were hungry. Wings were lemon pepper and had a very different flavor than any other lemon pepper wings I had tried. Not bad just different wasn't expected but still very much so enjoyed. The cheese bread was large and piping hot and when the pizza followed it was a perfect thin crust pepperoni with good amount of cheese to sauce ratio. they Told me they would bring my food out to my truck when it was ready. I waited 30 minutes out in my vehicle before going in and getting my food myself. I was about to walk out the door and noticed I didn't get my ranch and asked him about it and he went to the back to get it I saw him and another co worker were laughing about something so I am pretty sure they did something to it so I threw it away. Wow. Two delivery orders with clear directions they couldn't find us. Love the Ken's old-school pies, ordered again for pickup, guess what? Went to pick up and their outside lights were off, got the pies back to house and order was wrong- one of our crew is vegetarian so this is the pizza she ate tonight. read more

First they said I had a 40 minute wait. Fine whatever maybe they're busy. I get there at thirty minutes and they bring me my food cold. But if my food was cold before the 40 minutes were up how was it really a 40 minute wait. They brought me marinara instead of ranch. I bought extra ranch. Like a lot of it. And all the lights in the parking lot were out. Not even the sign was lit up. I drove past three times and couldn't even tell it was there at first. read more

We are having a family reunion on November 10th, 2018. We decided to cater Mazzio's. I got online to figure out the catering menu and decided on an order. We are feeding close to 50 people. I've tried calling numerous times and they keep telling me the manager is not there. I leave my number and get no response. I've called and called. I used to love this place, but my last few visits have been awful. I l got cold buffet food and I just got a desert pizza and first they put it out on the buffet and then they said it would take twice as long to make a new one, because the second oven was down. To top it off they thought it was so funny. It's like it's ran by children. read more

While staying in a local hotel, I tried to order a pizza on the recommendation of the desk clerk. Apparently all calls go through a call center in some distant land. Unable to locate the hotel I was staying at, though less than a mile away according to Yelp, I was unable to place an order. Until they care enough to answer their own calls, I would pass. read more

Very nice, clean Mazzio's location with incredibly fast and efficient service on my visit. Truly excellent pizza for a chain. We got a thin crust veggie and it had a HUGE amount of fresh & delicious vegetables covering the top (I swear there had to be an entire green bell pepper and half a red onion on our pizza)...along with lots of delicious melted cheese and great sauce. Affordably priced and got us on our way quickly and well fed. read more

Terrible service. I've ordered the same thing two weeks in a row because and it's been wrong on both occasions I also ordered the coupon book for the three dollar donation and they forgot to bring it. I've been credited $17 all together but not sure it's even worth it. Absolutely awful. The calzone is burnt everytime, just fyi. read more

I'm a native here and this place used to be good but it's the most run down nasty place for pizza in town anymore! I'd go to Sam n Ella's for pizza n sandwiches. Hands down best in town near NSU on Muskogee Ave. read more

I really the pizza here and I agree the pasta sandwiches and calizones all hit the the spot for me.

I ordered two ham and cheddar subs with frys for deliver and when the driver got here I tipped him and he left and I came in side and when I looked at my food I had ordered. The frys where less than a small hand full and the sandwich had very lil meat or vegetables on there very poor service and I have worked for a mazzios before so I know how much your supposed to make. They need to be more professional. read more
