I stopped by Domino's in Tahlequah on Muskogee Ave yesterday, unsure of what to order. As I was looking over the menu, the new owner came over, introduced himself, and helped me navigate the options. He also mentioned some great deals, including the new Parmesan-stuffed crust pizza.I decided to try the ham and pineapple version, and let me tell you--it did not disappoint. Every bite had the perfect blend of flavors, with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The balance was spot on! The delivery for the Tahlequah Domino's is horrible. It was over an hour from the time the tracker showed my order was taken out of the oven before it was delivered to my door. Plus we ordered the new mac & cheese but the one we got had jalapenos and bacon added to it which wasn't supposed to have and the customer service sucks when you order carryout from the store- I could stand there for minutes before anyone acknowledges me every time. The food there is really good though, so if you don't mind the very long delivery time or the bad customer service then the food is still worth going for if they get your order correct especially the stuffed bread. read more

I typed in card information and THEN it went to a person who spoke English, but sounded like English was her second language. I got extremely frustrated. Changed my order, THEN had to give card information again. She couldn't understand me...I gave card # 2X...by that point I didn't give a f#€k about the pizza anymore.... The last two times we have ordered using the Dominos app we have showed up and the employees had no idea we had ordered. The employees act as they don't want our business when we show up. Since I LOVED the thin crust Supreme Pizza, I'm giving "5 Stars" because it really is all about the pie but...when I asked how much my delivery pizza would be, I was told "$12.00" so I figured the tax and tip for the delivery person at $15.00. I was told "30 to 45 minutes" for delivery. When the pizza was finally delivered after 70 minutes, I was told I owed "$17.41" by the smiling delivery guy. I asked why it was so much for a $12.00 pizza and he said the extra was for delivery charge and tax. I asked if the "delivery charge" covered his tip and he said "No". After I handed him a $20 and thanked him, I thought to myself, "Never again!"...and then I shoved that first piece of pizza into my disgruntled pie hole and that extra $5.00 bucks no longer seemed all that important. This Dominos is new and isn't bad for fast food pizza. The online ordering makes it really easy to customize your order and they have never messed it up out of the five times I have ordered from there so far. Orders come out super fast, there are always lots of coupons and deals and they are open late for Tahlequah. read more

The new location is clean, and has a place to sit down and eat, rather than carryout/delivery only, which is nice. The staff is friendly and pizza is good for how inexpensive it is. Love their mid-week specials and the fact that they are open late, which is awesome for night owls! They are pretty quick most of the time, but I have had a few instances where it took WAY longer than it was supposed to and had to sit and wait a long time to pick up my pizza. I know this was due to training new people, but if they had been up front about the mistake that was made and how long it was going to take instead of claiming it was the next one out, I could have ran a couple errands I needed to take care of instead of waiting for something that didn't get done for another 25 minutes. This isn't a normal thing, but it has happened more than once, so I am bumping it down a star. Overall, a good addition to this college town! read more
