We went to Pizza Hut in Tahlequah, I haven't been there except for buffet in a while. Now they do NOT have hard copy menus! Only kiosk! I do have a smart phone, and I do know how to scan the code, and did, but it failed to download. Thankfully I do know how to order pizza without a menu, SO MANY restaurants are going to this type of "menu" how does corporate think elderly that are not techie, or people that don't have smartphones are supposed to see a menu? I understand that at a pizza restaurant their menu is limited, but businesses are caring less and less about the elderly and the others that don't have this ability. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza but my last experience at this restaurant ended that. I ordered deep pan crust and got something that wasn't really deep or pan at all. There was just enough tomato sauce to give it a little color....if you scraped away what little cheese and toppings were on it. And speaking of cheese....well I paid for it so I'm sure there had to be some on it. Needless to say I am disappointed in my once favorite pizza place....emphasis on the "once" favorite. I expect to get what I pay for. If it were just the crust or just the sauce or just the cheese I could have looked over it. But the poor quality of the entire pizza made me decide there is no second chance for Pizza Hut in Tahlequah for me. read more

I was calling for an issue of a hair being BAKED into my pizza which I was told I could get a replacement for because the hair got stuck in my daughters throats causing her to vomit. A manager hung up on me, so when I tried calling back they answered and immediately hung up. When I called off a different number a male employee answered told me there's no woman that I spoke with, refused to give me the store number or employees number and hung up on me again. I will never come to this store and I am calling corporate asap. Horrible customer service and they are ALL liars at that store! read more

Delicious pizza and pretty good service. Skip the cheesy breadsticks though, not as enticing as they sound...

We went ate and we ordered off the menu, they were rude because we didn't want the buffet. Our order took an hour for small cheese breadsticks and a medium pizza. We each got changed for each topping!! When I asked about the price the cashier got very nasty and rude. To top it off our pizza was burnt and they refused to do anything about no new pizza or price reduction, they told us to deal with it. We won't be going back!! I would not recommend going if you want good service and good food!! read more

2nd time since restaurant re-opened. Will not return. Extremely disorganized. No lettuce on salad bar, when replaced, not fresh & crisp. Cheese bread served without being cut at all. My girlfriend and I ordered a delivery. The wait on the delivery was mediocre but the pizza itself was the worst I've had in town for sure. Altogether the pizza was barely luke warm, crust was way too sweet, candy like, and the amount of toppings was far below making up for it. Better pizza from anywhere else. read more

If I could give less than one star then I would. Talk about rude. The app wasn't allowing me to put in my location and so I called. Manager said that they couldn't do anything for me, I'd still have to pay full price since only the app was running the special, and proceed to hang up on me. Attended our granddaughters birthday party on a Saturday evening. We got there and others in our party had arrived earlier but were seated at a booth. I went up to the cashier desk and informed them we were there for the party and the party room was still occupied by another party. The girl at the counter just said, "sorry they were late getting in there". We waited as time went by and all our party was seated and waiting for the room. As the previous party left one woman was leaving the party room and she told me, "this room was not clean when we got here and we had to help clean it up". I was told by the worker that their vacuum was broken and that's why the floor was a mess. They told me they could wipe the tables for us and were even slow about that. We were told the pizza's that had been ordered the day before, were not ready because they had a very big order for NSU. Later one of their workers found our pizza's in the warmer. By this time it was an hour and half late! Everyone was hungry by then but being very patient. The pizza's were dry and they never once apologized but just kept making excuses. Later after the party I watched a worker come out with a vacuum and she started vacuuming by the salad bar. Vacuum wasn't broken after all. Just another excuse for their sorry service. I told the managers I spoke to that we will NEVER use them again. I would go to McDonalds before going there again. Please beware of this place! They did offer a discount after I told them that old pizza should be free. read more

My family and I decided to eat dinner at Pizza Hut for the second time since they re-opened. The first visit was extremely terrible, took over an hour to get one simple large pizza so we wound up just leaving without food and tonight was not any better. There were only 3 tables occupied through out the entire restaurant but yet we didn't see our server for a good 20 minutes before she took our drink order. The floors were covered with food and trash, no one had cleaned the place in days is what it looked like, then waited another 10-15 minutes for her to take our food order and everything came out wrong, I didn't get the appetizer that I had ordered and I had to tell her three different times before I even got the food. Our server was profusely sweating and had no teeth (not someone you want to see handling your food) I went up to the counter two times to have our drinks re-filled because our server was nowhere to be found and we never once got an apology. There were items that were double rang that we never even ordered so I had to argue with another worker about paying for an unsatisfying meal. My family and I will NEVER eat at the Tahlequah's Pizza Hut again!! read more
