    I've been training with Michael for 9 months now. I started going to the gym at the beginning of 2018, but wasn't noticing any big changes like I was hoping, so I decided to try personal training. Michael is knowledgeable about training, about how and why exercises work, and even stretching when I have any tightness in my knees (which have always given me problems since I was a kid). He genuinely cares about your progress and checks in to see how you are doing/ feeling! Michael has given me the confidence and drive to get to the gym and do my best. Just when I think I can't do one more exercise or even one more rep, he pushes me to finish. Michael also broke the stigma of lifting weights would cause me to look bulky, and I'm so grateful for that. I see my progress in how strong I feel. Since training with Michael, I've lost 40 pounds, lost a lot of inches, and gained so much confidence. My only regret, was not hiring Michael sooner! I can't thank Michael enough for helping me change my lifestyle! If you are thinking about getting a personal trainer, Michael is definitely your guy!

    I started training with Michael 3 months after having my baby. He helped me get back to my pre-pregnancy weight by tailoring each workout to my needs and also focusing on my diet. I stopped training with him for about 5 months and I just couldn't stay consistent. I went back to him about 3 months ago but this time with a different goal...to gain muscle and become stronger (or what i like to tell him, to build a booty). Our sessions are now twice a week with my sister. We both have different goals (and attitudes) but Michael makes sure we both get what we want. Before, I would only stick to light weights but Michael pushes me which gives me the confidence to lift heavier. Whether your goal is to lose or gain, unsure of what workouts to do or maybe you're not getting the results you want--- MICHAEL CAN HELP YOU.     Finding Michael as a trainer was life-changing. He is so knowledgeable, patient, entertaining, and genuinely cares about his clients and their progress. I look forward to seeing him every session because I know he'll be there to support me through my workout and help me achieve my goals. I've lost about 20 pounds so far, dropped 3 jean sizes, and love working out now. I can't thank him or recommend him enough

After taking almost a full year off due to an assortment of annoying medical situations, I walked into Train With Dave to see what he could offer. He set me up with Braedon Evans, and I am so glad he did! Unlike my previous trainers, Braedon has actually had an education for training, as well as rehabilitation. His goal was to help me get back into the swing of things, and be careful not to aggravate the existing injuries that I already have. He's patient, and kind, but most of all attentive ... and knows what he's talking about. I will admit the sessions are a little pricey, but in this case you get what you pay for!

I was dealing with knee pain before starting the program and it's been improving with these work outs. He is really good at adjusting the workout if I'm having any pain or issues. I've have also trained with Stefan and Jacob (Irvine) and they were awesome as well. The results have been coming quick, just after a few weeks I lost 5 lbs of fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle. I've worked with trainers at corporate gyms in the past and I feel like they just wrecked my body. Everyone here is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Even some of the other members greet you when you come in. The best trainer I've ever worked with. On a plus side you are set up with an app that helps you track your meals, nutrition, and results. This is a god send to help reach your goals. The price for what you get is reasonable, and the best investment is an investment in your healthy and wellbeing. I highly recommend Training with Dave for anyone who is motivated to reach goals in health, nutrition, weight loss, or muscle gain.

I had worked out on and off for years and tried different programs, but working with Nate helped hone in the small nuances I needed to understand how your body really works. I think more importantly, Nate cares about your fitness journey and is personally invested to see you succeed. He keeps it fun and sustainable. I've learned getting in shape doesn't need to be difficult, just but just being consistent. When I came to Nate, I was suffering from a previous back injury, and since, I no longer have flare ups, and overall, my body is stronger. I have only done lagaree once before and it was Years ago with YELP so safe to say I am a newbie and clueless in form. Lauren was nice enough but it was a standard class so I felt I had to ask a lot of questions and get clarification. I did ask her after why there are no beginner or intro classes as it would definitely be more beneficial for attendees and instructors. Oh well, not an option. I did like it enough so bought 3 classes for $65. Did not authorize any other charges and had no idea they kept my card on file. I booked a class and life happened and I couldn't show. I just thought, oh lost the class, oh well, but nope got charged a $20 no show fee as well. The only thing that was explained at purchase was the classes would expire in 30 days no otherwise information about no show or late fee. Anyways never attended the 3 classes I bought either, wamp wamp.
