I asked her why is she using the same stick and she said she uses a different jar for each client which is a lie. There was no disposable jar of wax she used on me. She uses a GiGi wax system that I see in multiple salons where they use a different stick every time they dip into the wax. I asked her to show me the jars and she wouldn't. This is unsanitary and illegal. I reported her to Groupon and will also be notifying the state board. Totally disgusting practices.
