Henry was available over several weeks of planning where he always answered my questions as I never hired a private car for a prom. Our driver was Evans and he was extremely professional and kind. He took the kids to multiple stops for photos and waited patiently for them to finish. He even messaged me at the end of the night to let me know the kids were dropped off safely to the final stop. As a parent, this meant a lot to feel reassured your kids are safe. We ordered a Cadillac Escalade which was clean and in pristine condition. (We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!) Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit!
