A car does not get that dirty in less than 24 hours -- those areas were clearly overlooked during the detail itself. He later told us that his detailing pick had broken, which may explain why certain areas were missed, but that was never communicated to us during the service. We did reach out about the concerns afterward, but there didn't seem to be much urgency or concern to make the situation right. While he did apologize the response came across as dismissive and unconcerned considering the condition the vehicle was returned in. What was also disappointing was the hostility in your response. Instead of addressing the concerns professionally, you chose to make personal comments about our review history and accuse us of trying to hurt your business. Honest reviews are important, whether positive or negative, and our intention was never to attack your business -- only to accurately describe the service we received so other customers can make informed decisions. My girlfriend left a review based on her experience, and I'm leaving one based on mine after seeing the condition the vehicle was returned in. We are two different people who were both involved in the situation. Saying "everything looked amazing" for a brief moment outside at night does not change the fact that the vehicle still had visible dirt, dust, and grime throughout the interior, which became even more noticeable in daylight and is clearly shown in the photos. A proper detail should not leave behind that level of debris in the cracks and crevices that were specifically requested to be cleaned. Yes, you offered compensation and said you could come back another day, but when we reached out, there did not seem to be much urgency or concern to properly resolve the issue. Had there been better communication during the detail -- especially about your tools breaking or certain areas not being completed -- we would have gladly worked with you on rescheduling. The biggest issue at this point is the hostility and accusations simply because honest reviews were left. Reviews are there for customers to share their real experiences, whether positive or negative. We supported your business, paid for the service, and are simply sharing what we experienced.

During a detailing service, they broke the windshield on my leased Mercedes E350, a vehicle worth approximately $70,000. Instead of taking responsibility and having the damage repaired at the dealership, they refused because it would have cost them more money. I was forced to settle for a repair company they chose simply because it was cheaper for them, putting my leased vehicle at risk. The entire process was unprofessional from start to finish. They would ignore my calls and messages for days at a time, leaving me without updates or answers. It took two weeks for my car to get repaired. When the windshield repair technician finally came out, I learned the detail company had only paid a deposit and had not paid the remaining balance. The technician spent over an hour trying to contact them for payment and even threatened to take my keys because he had not been paid. Meanwhile, the detail company would not answer their phone. To make matters worse, they do not carry business insurance. Any reputable company should be properly insured when working on customers' vehicles, especially luxury vehicles. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. If you value your vehicle, I recommend looking elsewhere.
