He takes great pride in his work and I knew immediately after he was done with my car that he pays great attention to detail. For example, he cleaned my car's painted brake calipers and chrome exhaust tips; most detailers would never bother to do this unless you specifically told them to. Dishonest and unprofessional -- beware!!! Be very careful working with Robert. He started off acting responsible and trustworthy -- we hired him to wash five cars after Burning Man, and in the beginning, he seemed professional and reliable. However, once we paid him, everything changed. One of the cars was never cleaned at all, even though he confirmed the job was "done" and took full payment. When I confronted him, he promised to come back, asked for extra money for gas. He showed up for 5 minutes only to "wash" the sink and remove spot, however we discussed full interior detailing for the 5th car. After that, he stopped answering calls and messages. Weeks later, I called him from another number, and he picked up -- only to start arguing with me. Instead of taking responsibility, he tried to gaslight me, saying I "expected too much" and that he "gave us a low price." The reality is simple: he completely forgot about the fifth car, never washed it, and now refuses to admit it or make it right, or refund $235. I even sent him my detailed notes from the day we discussed pricing -- numbers that came directly from his own words, which I wrote down in real time. He is now trying to deny them and twist the situation. No true professional behaves this way. He broke our trust, didn't finish the work, and refused to take accountability. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone -- completely unprofessional and dishonest experience. read more

We agreed that this company would remove the scratches and paint them over. I also provided original touch up paint from the dealership. it will take 2-4 days. They did not warn me about their arrival, what the stage of work would be, they did not provide any information. at the end of the middle stage of work, I again did not receive information from them. I asked when the work will be finished? They said that I provided bad paint, but they had already painted over the scratches. and we need one more day. the next day they again came up with an excuse and in the end they didn't finish the car. worst customer service. Paid for an interior and exterior detailing. Robert spent several hours cleaning the carpets and upholstery, and was able to remove a lot of sand. However, I would have liked him to focus a bit more on the hard surfaces. On the exterior, Robert was able to buff-out most of the scratches and some spray paint residue. There was some difficulty coordinating a time for Robert to return and complete some exterior work, but we were eventually able to connect. read more

WARNING DO NOT USE!! Had Right Look out to detail my 2017 Ford Raptor as well as my new 22' enclosed race trailer. They claim to be high line auto detailers but in all actuality have little to no knowledge of how to properly use the products they carry or how to properly detail a vehicle, let alone a high line one. They sprayed an acid based degreaser on very expensive anodized aluminum wheels. Any detailer with even the most basic knowledge knows you cannot use these types of acid based products on aluminum wheels. Even if they didn't have that basic knowledge, I specifically asked for them not to use any degreaser on my wheels and told them why!!!! Unfortunately as we all know accidents happen, and I gave Right Look the opportunity to make things right and fix what they had damaged. They promised to provide me their insurance information and have no done so for over two weeks. As of now they have stopped returning or answering any of my calls. I have retained an attorney and will be filing a claim with my insurance regarding this matter. Pictures of wheels posted for reference. read more
