Ray is the man! I first brought my Porsche Macan to him after a 17 day road trip through 7 national parks. To say the least my ride was looking rough. I was convinced some of the scratches from our 4wheeling adventures on Mount Shasta were going to require paint on top of the deep detailing inside and out that was obviously required. Ray spent the entire day going to town bringing my ride back to pristine like new condition, inside and out! Pricing was extremely reasonable for the work he did, and he gave me a lot of tips for keeping her in great condition (including coming back for carwashes - he only charges $25! Much better than ruining the polish using a drive through wash). I was so impressed I brought my relatively beat up Lexus in for a good make over. She's my project car now and I know it needs some work, but I asked Ray to give her a good working over so I could really see what body work do I need, before going to a body shop that I'm sure would just want to charge me an arm and leg for every little blemish. OMG I'm shocked at the results! There are a couple dents and deep scratches he couldn't work out obviously, but the before and after are night and day! Long story short, I'm getting ready to sell my car after it's been sitting pretty much idle since the beginning of the COVID-19 plague, so it's looking pretty sad. And I'm kinda on the fence as to whether just to drive it through the nearest auto washateria or have it detailed. Boy, am I glad I took it to HD. Angel was right up front with me on what he could do (re-energize the car inside and out) and what he couldn't [clear coat failure, a common defect on older Japanese cars (mine's a 2007), requires a paint job; it can't be buffed out]. They worked on the car for several hours, and they did a truly heroic job. He was even kind enough to throw in a headlight cover cleaning (you know how they can get all cloudy) for free. No high pressure sales to talk me into services I didn't want, they were friendly, fair, and REALLY thorough. Their attention to detail was remarkable. Great communication, too; when it looked like that car was going to take a little longer than he estimated, I got a call with enough notice to rearrange my schedule. I brought in a 2017 Range Rover that was badly scratched along both sides by brush on a recent Arizona trip. The vehicle is a dark metallic green. The scratches were deep and covered both sides from front to back along the sides. Rey had the car for 3 days and did a fantastic job for us. This shop came up as an automobile detail shop close to my house (after doing a Yelp search). After seeing this shop was rated with 5 stars and reading a lot of positive feedback, I decided to try this detail shop for my car, especially since my less than two year old car needed a good hand wax. When I arrived at this location, I did not readily see a business sign stating that this was an automobile detail shop and or that automobile detailing was done here. All of the signage I saw in the front of this business seemed to only pertain that this location mainly sold "wheels" , "window tinting", and "automobile alarms/installation". The staff there were very nice and friendly. Eventually I found Reynaldo. Reynaldo was very professional, nice and friendly. He quoted me a very good price to wash, wax, and fully detail my car. In less than 2 hours, my car was back to showroom condition. Reynaldo did an outstanding job on my car! I definitely will recommend Reynaldo to my family and friends for their automobile detail needs. As long as Reynaldo is here, I will be bringing my car back on a regular basis to get it detailed when needed. The only recommendation I would make to this business is, they should put a LARGE prominent sign out in front of this business letting everyone know that automobile detailing is done at this location. read more

I got to give it up to Ray for bringing back the shine to my 22' rims that were sitting in storage. Just deterating. These 4 rims had nothing but oxidation that was eating away the chrome .Wish I had taken before and after pictures. Today was the second time I got my car washed. Car wash was good. The issue is the wait time and NO communication. I called to see if I could bring my car in for a wash at 11:30am Angel said yes bring it by whenever. I get there at like 10:30am. Angel comes inside and he says after I finish this dodge in front of you I'll start on yours. I wasn't expecting him to start right when I got there. I expected him to start at 11:30am like we agreed upon. 11:30am comes and a little after 11:30am he comes in and says he's about to start wash my car. 1:15pm comes I see my phone light up showing my car is moving. I'm think long he's done. He doesn't come inside so I wait. A little after 1:30pm I go outside and he's like I'll start on yours right now. Basically I didn't leave till 3:15pm! He gave me bull shit excuses cause you should washed my car at 11:30am like we agreed upon or give me an update. Customer service is trash. Nice guy, but full of shit. I recommend a couple people to him and someone who was going to come next Saturday but he doesn't want to because I told him what happened. Again car was was good. Customer service was bull shit.
