I brought them my 17-year-old Lexus LS 600h, which had definitely seen better days. The paint was peeling on the roof rail, and there were dings and scratches on the hood, roof, moldings, and side panels, years of wear showing loud and clear. I also needed the moonroof hatch removed and restored, the color perfectly matched, clear coated, sanded, and buffed. What I got back looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Let me just start by saying this has been one of the most pleasant and gratifying experiences at any auto body shop I've ever been to. Raj was a complete professional from beginning to end. I purchased my used 2015 Rogue Select two years ago. Car runs smoothly and didnt have any complaints with it other than a few scuff marks and rust spots on the body. I brought it in for Raj to take a look and he was able to point a few things out to me that only a person with his knowledge and expertise could know. I discovered I had an aftermarket hood and some past work that was poorly done, along with a whole slew of other discrepancies. Shoulda ran that VIN number. Oh well... Anywho, Raj gave me a quote, I gave him my keys and waited. About 4 days later he called to let me know everything was complete. The car looked brand spanking new, showroom ready. They even vacuumed and detailed the interior for me. I cannot begin to describe how satisfied I am with the work that was done. As mentioned in a previous review for the rental company I took my car to Raj at Haven Auto Body when it lost a battle with a falling tree limb. Apparently the limb broke up when it hit the car, damaging BOTH sides, the taillight AND the roof! I had the adjuster meet me at the shop so I got to see how knowledgeable Raj was about the time and parts needed to fix my car. It is important to mention here that you are allowed to take your car ANYWHERE to be repaired. You do NOT have to use an "APPROVED" shop. As a matter of fact it is important to remember the only one who has to 'approve' if the final job is you! I was recently rear-ended on I-95. The car suffered some damage to the bumper and the rear gate. Raj fixed the damage caused by the accident to the extent you'd never be able to tell, and kindly also repaired some cosmetic damage unrelated to the accident at no extra charge. He also detailed the car at no extra cost (and changed the battery in the key fob!). The car looks much better than it did before the accident. The other driver in the accident was at fault, and therefore liable for the cost of the repair. Raj took care of corresponding with their insurance company and setting up a car rental while the car was being serviced. My input was minimal. The car looks great and Raj made the whole process painless. I hope I have no need to visit again any time soon but will be sure to use Raj again if the need arises. read more

Back in October, my new car that I had gotten less than a month earlier, was hit and had a fence fall on top of it while it was parked. Almost every part of the car needed to be replaced.
