She was really good about answering all my questions too. You can see in the photos that she's very skilled at making you photo ready but natural looking, which was really important to me. I wasn't a fan of the eyelashes because my right eye kept tearing up badly, even hours afterward. She used super high quality, natural eyelashes, I just think my eye freaks out over stuff like that. I also think if I did it again I would have my make up done a couple hours before photos instead of right before. They explained the entire process in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I asked to start with a lighter color and thinner shape because I was a little scared to go too bold. After healing, I realized I should have trusted their original recommendation to go slightly darker and wider but that's exactly what the touch-up appointment was for. During my touch-up, Keyra perfected the shape and color, and now my brows look absolutely beautiful and natural. Beyond the services, the environment is welcoming, clean, and relaxing. The lack of basic customer service and communication is unacceptable. If you expect people to schedule ahead, the least you can do is answer your phone. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend unless you have a lot of time and patience to deal with the hassle.

Also, I understood that the salon was located downtown and how I would have to pay for parking because of it, however, I had even asked via text message if they recommended a place to park which they were helpful in sending a picture of one and with it showing their side door for me to enter on the weekend. However, when I got up to the salon, they had asked me for my license plate information to cover or waive the parking expense. Unfortunately, this information wasn't relayed to me in advance that they would be covering the parking expense and the parking lot states you have to pay when you park and when I told her I had already paid for it nobody told me anything even when I asked ahead where to park, Lili's response was "oh well next time." It would have been nice to save the $21.56 that I had spent for 2 hours of parking. Again, super appreciative that they even offer this it's just nice that if it is offered that the information is relayed so I could have appreciated/benefited from it as well.
