The minor damage done to the front end was fixed. However the communication piece was not there. I did not receive my quote for the other work. The right front fender was not fixed by insurance. And Streamline failed to call and communicate that. So I show up to pick up my vehicle, expecting it to be repaired in those spots, and just the front number area was fixed. From what it looks like too, they did not even replace my license plate holder on the front. I think it's like a $20 part? Or less probably. They also want to "show me something". They were filling up my tires and my front tire was now leaking. Not something it was doing prior to me bringing it to Streamline. They tried to explain to me that wherever I got the tires must have installed the wrong valve stem or something g like that. I have zero issues with the other four tires. 1-star because I had to find all this out during pickup. Instead of being communicated with during the process. Never gave me my quote, and more than likely screwed up one of my tires. Here's the thing, if insurance wasn't going to cover the fender from the accident, that would have been good to know prior to me picking it up. And suggesting I call the insurance, then streamline, and get it figured out and bring it back after I've been driving a rental around for a week and some change? Nobody has time to keep taking g time off work, getting a rental, and going through all that. Customers expect to bring in the problem, get it fixed and take their vehicle home, with everything done. Not "hey bring it back we'll go through all this again, oh and by the way your tire is screwed up, oh and we didn't communicate any of these things with you throughout the process." They did replace the bumper. I mean anyone can replace a bumper. It's everything else that came with it. I think they can do better. I'm now sitting at Martin tire getting my mysterious tire leak fixed, that was never a problem before bringing it to streamline. The amount of air that was leaking when they showed me...I would have a flat tire by now, which leads me to believe it happened upon pick up. But this is just my perception. Because if it was leaking that much when I dropped the truck off, again, it's something they should have communicated, and not upon pick up.

Fox Lexus then recommended Victor at Texas Custom Body & Paint to correct this messy repair attempt. The first body shop's repair attempt left so much damage (Orange peel, swirl marks, mismatched paint color, tons of overspray) Victor was hesitant on taking the job. But he did! His team did a great job! I'm very thankful for all the hard work, attention to fine detail, always being in good contact with me and returning my car to me in a better condition than it was, before all this happened! Thanks Victor!

What started out looking like a dream repair quickly turned into a complete nightmare…read more I paid a little over 1k to have my vehicle repaired and trusted this shop to do the job correctly. Instead, I ended up with problems that did not exist before. After picking up my vehicle, I discovered water leaking into the trunk from the taillight area. I brought the vehicle back to the owner twice and was repeatedly assured that the issues would be corrected. They never were. The leak remains, the taillight is misaligned, clips and mounting hardware were damaged, and the overall fitment of the repaired area is poor. To make matters worse, the taillight has now suffered water intrusion and damage because it was never properly installed or sealed. The quarter panel and taillight area were not repaired correctly, and the results show. Rather than properly correcting the issue, gray sealant was applied inside the trunk area as an attempted fix and hide their awful mistakes. Every seam in my car trunk they thought water was leaking from they splattered this sealant glue. The leak still exists, leaving me concerned about ongoing water damage and additional repair costs. I paid for professional body work, not shortcuts. What frustrated me the most was the lack of urgency in correcting their own mistakes. I was expected to work around their schedule, not the other way around. I was told technicians were unavailable, out to lunch, or done for the day, while I continued dealing with a leaking trunk and defective repairs. Yes, I work and can't just take time off for repeated and newer issues whenever due to your negligence of my vehicle. The owner should have been more accommodating for their awful mistakes and told me to come in when I can while a technician was on hand. I tried to be patient and reasonable. I gave the owner opportunities to make this right. Each time, I left with less confidence in the repair and more concerns about the quality of the work. Sorry is not going to help correct these horrible concerns my car has now. Since then, I have had the vehicle independently inspected by a body repair professional, and the defects and concerns have been documented. I am now facing additional expenses to correct problems that should never have existed after paying for repairs in the first place. To the owner: I gave you every opportunity to make this right. Instead of correcting the problems, I was left with a leaking trunk, water-damaged taillight, broken clips, poor workmanship, and more money out of pocket. I now have an independent inspection documenting the defects. I will continue pursuing this matter through every available channel and will make sure other consumers are aware of my experience before choosing this shop for repairs. I will keep advocating to my fullest.
