The guy at the desk suggested I bring my own oil since I use Royal Purple ( not many shops let you or even suggest that). So I came in and also did an inspection. In my hour and a half wait, I learned a lot from just observing. I learned the following: Everyone that came in and dropped off didn't sign a ticket. They seem to be long time customers that just drop off. The gentleman at the front desk is on a 1st name basis with everyone that came in. You can see the great relationship the shop has with their customers, the parts guy that drops off by how they interact with them. I knew this was the place for me.
