Checked my fluids, lights, and offered to change my filter for $25 but it's ($8 on Amazon so I declined). No pressure and very polite. In and out in 15 minutes on a Thursday at noon. With tax and fees I had to pay an extra $5. I also got a $10 credit for Mister right next to them and got an exterior wash. It was also very fast but no free vacuums and they wouldn't lend me a towel to wipe the windshield droplets. Just a heads up.

Take that one with a grain of salt, because I'm about to give you guys the real skinny on Pit Stop. Pit Stop is the place you come to get your service done on the spot; get in and get out. That's it. This isn't a Firestone where you may end up dropping off your vehicle for hours at a time because the repair or service needed may require a more in-depth analysis and repair. Think of Pit Stop as....like the pit stops conducted in the Quaker State 400. They are quick, efficient, and most importantly...affordable. I've been to a similar Pit Stop in Lawton, Oklahoma and let's just say...those guys would continually try to rip me off by offering me services I didn't even need or already had done. Another Pit Stop in Fayetteville, NC caused my engine light to illuminate after conducting what was supposed to be a routine oil change. That was the last time I ever got my oil changed at that particular pseudo mechanic's garage. The Pit Stop on Viscount, however, is nothing like that. Not only are these guys honest and just plain bottom line up front (BLUF), they also offer additional services which, in turn, only aide them in bringing in even more Benjamins. Nice work, fellas! They also do windshield repair, headlight restoration, and as I just recently discovered...engine steam cleaning. Very handy if it's something you've never had done and have owned your vehicle for more than, say...4 years. This is literally the ONLY place in EP I'll go to for an oil change simply on the premise that it's quick, easy and cheap. I talked to Rick on the phone and he said, "we'll use your part and complete it for you." They did, and I was shocked when I got the bill: $95!! They don't make any appointments, so it's first come first served. After intake--phone #, name, address, and what you want to get done--you'll leave your car with your tech and wait. It must've been about 40 minutes before I received a phone call that my car was ready. That's the only reason for 4 stars. My tech informed me they were unable to rotate my tires due to the fact that my front tires didn't have enough tread left on them. That was a good information since I will have to purchase new tires very soon. I thought that was a good customer service instead of went ahead and completed the job unnecessarily. Oil change ranges from basic for $29.88 to full synthetic for $45.88. There's one in the middle for $35.88. My tech recommended either the basic or the full synthetic. Since my car does not require full synthetic oil, I opted to go with the basic. Tire rotation is $2.50 per tire--I thought it was interesting since no one gets only one tire rotated, right? Shop opens at 7:00 am Mon--Sat, and at 8:00 am on Sunday.
