Anyone who tries to hire contractors knows how hard it is to get someone to call you back, but to have them come the next day is unheard of! Jeff is a standup guy who stands by his work and within 2 weeks it was fixed. (It only took that long because it's January and we had to wait for a break in the weather.) Here's what happened:     *    Salesperson JESSE promised me a TPO membrane roof -- I got cheap peel-and-stick roofing instead.     *    I was upcharged for plywood that I later found buried under trash they left behind.     *    They claimed they tarped my brand-new composite deck -- instead, it now has deep scratches and TAR pressed into it.     *    I was harassed for payment the same day the job was finished, even though the work was a disaster.     *    I've had nails in my tires and nails jammed between my new deck boards ever since.     *    I brought in professional roofers afterward -- the roof is so badly done, it all needs to be torn off and redone. When I called to get answers, HARRY (the general manager) hung up on me and BLOCKED my number. This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I was…read morefully transparent from the start that I do not live in Cleveland and asked directly whether I could trust him to handle the work responsibly. He assured me I could. Unfortunately, he did not fulfill what we agreed on. I paid over $12,000, and the work was left incomplete. The units were not rent-ready, debris and trash were left throughout the property, and key items we discussed were never finished. The photos I attached show only part of the condition he left the property in. After receiving payment, Larry stopped responding and ultimately blocked me instead of taking accountability or addressing the issues. As a property owner who relied on clear communication and trust, this was extremely disappointing and costly. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend hiring someone else if you are considering renovating a property. This contractor was unreliable, unresponsive, and did not deliver the agreed-upon work.
