I just was overtaken by a moment of gratitude for Dr. Mariotti, and for what he has given back to me personally. I am the mother of 4 children and had an umbilical hernia and diastasis recti from my 3rd pregnancy (with twins). My twins were born in April 2020 and were 8 lbs. 4 oz. in 7 lbs. 2 oz. respectively. They literally blew my core apart. The separation was apparently about the width of Dr. Mariotti's hand when he performed surgery on me. I had a repair of my diastasis recti, a tummy tuck and a breast reduction. It was not an easy recovery, but it was 100+ percent worth it. I am writing this review as I finish a run on the trail where I was able to fully experience my body in a functional state without pain. Aesthetically it is a vast improvement as well, but the biggest win for me is how I feel and how my body performs . I have a level of energy that I have not had since my 20s (it's insane that women have to live with their bodies made dysfunctional by childbearing & they are told that it is "normal". If a man had a 6" wide hernia in their abdomen I'm pretty sure insurance would pay at least a portion of the repair..... but that is a conversation for a different forum). This review is long overdue! I had always been smaller chested, but hadn't seriously considered getting a breast augmentation until I lost weight and began weight training. What little breast tissue I had was depleting, and while I was proud of the muscle I could see, I became unhappy with the size and shape of my breasts. I began researching local plastic surgeons and after many phone calls I felt confident with Dr. Mariotti. I've gotten my lips done at Mspa a few times I've been happy with the customer service every time, i usually see Chris for my lip injections however one time she wasn't available during a small window of time I needed to be seen and so I saw another lady, she was very kind and although she did a great job it wasn't the shape I am usually used to and like on myself so, Dr. Mariotti himself was able to get me in to dissolve the solution and re inject to give me the ideal lip shape I'm used to and I'm thrilled. We saved for a long time for breast augmentation for my wife and after months of careful planning she choose Dr. Mariotti as her surgeon. I attended most of her pre surgery appointments with her and I was impressed with the professionalism off all the staff members. My wife attended numerous pre surgery appointments to ensure all her (and my) questions were answered. She was very nervous about the surgery itself and Dr. Mariotti and staff made sure she was aware of everything that would take place. During one of her appointments it was suggested that we opt in to the 3rd party insurance plan provided by his office designed to take care of the patient in the event certain complications arise to ensure the patient is covered, hands down best thing we ever did in the long run, second to choosing Dr. Mariotti. Surgery day came and it was very successful. The surgery center was clean and it's staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The Anesthesiologist came and spoke with my wife in depth and made sure she was comfortable with everything. Surgery was a success ! My wife has a very nice new pair of boobs. Unfortunately my wife developed a case of capsular contracture which required another surgery. Dr. Mariotti and his staff were very helpful in getting a claim process started with the insurance we had in place and I am happy to report that we had zero out of pocket expenses for her second surgery. I believe this is a direct credit to Dr. Mariotti as he waved his offices fees for this. Second surgery was a success. Unfortunately she developed capsular contracture AGAIN! Again the surgery fee's were waived and the surgery a success. 3rd time was a charm and she has now been complication free. Let me start with the front desk, Melissa is awesome, planning the surgery was a breeze! They wanted me to get in quick because they knew I was getting married in the next 7 months. The front desk alone deserves 5 stars, the people saying she is rude are crazy. I went to Dr. Mariotti when I was 19 for a consult for a breast augmentation. Trying to be responsible I told myself that when I am 24 I will come back if I still want it done and so I did! His bed side manners are great and he is really nice! He helped me pick a size and I got the implants with a lollipop lift. Something I did not expect was having multiple surgeries and corrections over the last few years. (This is a long long long long and crazy story) Once I have my next and hopefully final surgery maybe I will update. (Possibly share my Blog) BUT as of right now with everything that has happened with me personally I feel Dr. Mariotti has handled it very well. He really does want to see his patients happy and he really does care. Although my breast are not how I expected they would turn out looking when I got this done he is doing his best to make me look good. I had a breast lift with Dr. Mariotti 3 weeks ago and husband and I are very pleased with the results! I researched a few surgeons and found Dr. Marriotti's reviews excellent. On my first appointment, the staff was kind and very sensitive to my needs. Being a high anxiety type person,I was really nervous the first appt. and almost cancelled. I liked Dr. Mariotti right away and found him to be easy going and didn't push any other services on me. He was very honest with me and stated how a breast lift would work for me. I liked how he didn't push implants on me...in fact, when I asked if it would be better for me to have one..he actually said he would try to talk me out of it. Office manager, Audrey is really great and was patient with me while i made my decision to have surgery. At this point is where most offices would push you to make a decision...not Audrey. She encouraged me to take my time! I made an appt. that day since I have been wanting this for a year. The day of the surgery, Dr. explained everything he would do and after he and his nurse made sure I was ok. He even texted me that night right away when I was concerned about leaking in my bandages...he stated it was perfectly normal. It's been almost 3 weeks now and my breasts look spectacular! On my 2 week check up, Dr. mariotti said they look beautiful! After having a baby and nursing for 13 months, my breasts shriveled to nothing. I ended up smaller than my pre-pregnancy size. I couldn't fit into my clothes or old bras. My breasts were saggy and nonexistent. So I considered breast augmentation in hopes that I can feel like a woman again and boost my esteem a little bit. I Yelped and looked up ads in magazines online. I called and inquired multiple offices and asked friends about the places they went to, but I came across Dr. Mariotti. I checked the reviews and I also looked at pictures on his website. I scheduled a consultation and first off, the staff at Dr. Mariotti's office are so nice, very professional and honest! I was so nervous about going to my consultation because the thought of having surgery for implants freaked me out. When I met with Dr. Mariotti, I had such a good feeling about him. Prior to the consultation, his office sends you a pamphlet on the type of surgery you're inquiring about. It's so informative and helped me prepare for the consult. Dr. Mariotti made me feel so comfortable and even though I already had my mind set on what I wanted from what I read in his pamphlet, he still went over everything and agreed that what I wanted was the best decision and procedure. Since I was so happy and had a good feeling about him, I went ahead and put my deposit down. We then scheduled for a month out. In the meantime, some of my friends were shocked that I didn't consider doing other consults. I just had that feeling that he was the one for me and I'm so glad I chose him. After I had the procedure done, I remember waking up from being under and looking under the robe. I was so happy with the results. I was so happy that I pretty much flashed all my friends that came to visit me at home that week. I HAD BOOBS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can fill out my clothes again and not feel self-conscious in form fitting tops and dresses. On the first day, I was able to raise my arms above my head, pinch my shoulder blades back and was pretty mobile. I didn't feel any pain. Of course, there was minor discomfort, but it really was just the sensation of being engorged with milk, but not something extremely intolerable. It seriously looked like I didn't have surgery done because my breasts weren't up to my chin. Although, I did have the advantages of already having a baby, meaning I had all that extra skin from when I breastfed. I'm into my 2nd week and my breasts look amazing! The swelling was gone after a few days and they dropped a little bit so it's not obvious I had anything done. My recommendation for anyone contemplating breast augmentation, go for silicone, under the muscle and with the incision under the breast. Two years ago I had a bad experience with lip injections and botox. The Lip injections were excruciating and non-effective. The jaw botox left me with an assymetrical smile ; and I drooled from one side of my mouth for 2 months. Over the last two years I have made appointments, only to cancel them because I was scared. This is not an easy review for me to share on such a public platform but I feel like people should know what I experienced. I went to Dr Mariotti with the hopes of feeling better due to severe neck and back pain from having DD breasts. I will say that I'm pleased with the smaller full C cup size and shape. But I did not realize I would be left with a new set of issues: sloppy scars that affect me mentally, physically, sexually, and emotionally. Without showing NSFW pictures he cut me from my side underneath my armpit almost to my back, and all the way past the breasts close to the middle of my chest with one side uneven and cut further than the other. These scars don't even allow me the freedom of being smaller chested and confidently wearing a low cut top or dress if I don't want a cleavage look. On the day of surgery, he marked the incision areas which we agreed upon because they appeared conservative and not that far from the silhouette of my natural breasts. So post-surgery I was pretty shocked when I saw the end results! What's worse is the areas of fat around my flanks now look uneven and bigger than they used to. So now, I have to live with scars that make me self conscious because they are very visible. It's now been over a year and I've consistently seen him for followups but each time he acts nonchalant and unbothered about my concerns and then he tries to minimize my concerns by telling me to give it more time or point out that I was overweight for the surgery and the contour of my sides would've been uneven if he hadn't cut that far back. But they actually are uneven! And my whole thing is, if that's something he knew beforehand, then he should've warned me about the potential results or denied the surgery until I lost some weight! He's even asked if I was depressed about this, and when I told him I was, he told me to seek therapy. And his recommendation to fix the scars is to do Liposuction on my sides (at my own expense) and extend incisions further toward my back which would create even longer scars!!!!? Clearly, thats not something I'm interested in doing. I feel hopeless about my situation and now feel like I just have to live with it. And I hope this review can help someone else. read more

They're very knowledgeable and helped me repair my hernia, and my diastasis recti, which is also known as abdominal separation, that I occurred from my three pregnancies. In addition to those repairs I also got a tummy tuck and liposuction which brought back my confidence. My great experience started with Melissa, the Patient Coordinator. I sent in an email requesting some procedure prices, expecting to receive an email back with a link to make an appointment. Melissa called me back not only did she have the information I was looking for, she also had information as well as suggestions that I never would have thought of! Stacey presented me with a realistic procedure plan. She outlined everything for me, explaining the different opinions of using botox and fillers, the duration of each as well as options for the future. She took the time to discuss everything with me, making sure I not only understood but that she understood me as well! Stacey took what I was hoping for and clearly explained my options; such as using fillers vs botox (and or vice versa) to achieve a the look I was hoping for. Dr. Mariotti and his team are hands down the best. From the time that I've called to make an appointment for a breast augmentation consultation to the post recovery after the surgery. I called in to schedule a consultation 2 months out and went in for my consultation back in August. The procedure took place in September and I'm about 6.5 weeks into my recovery with about another 5-6 weeks left to heal. Dr. Mariotti is wonderful at Sculptra filler, I had temples all the way to mid jawline done, truly an artistic touch, I found doctor very personable and engaging in every way. This same area was done last year with Voluma, I did not see any results, however, with Sculptra the tail of my eyebrows appear a little lifted, in time and after a second session, I'm certain my marionette lines will retract back, so many other doctor's want to place filler in the marionette lines, something I think, looks less feminine, Dr. Mariotti's technique is far superior. Maybe in five years, when I'm ready for a facelift, I would not hesitate having Dr. Mariotti perform the procedure. read more

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Mariotti about one month ago and could not be more thrilled with the results! I researched BAs for a long time and then visited a couple of local plastic surgeons that had fantastic outcomes and reviews. Upon meeting Dr. Mariotti, I knew immediately that I had to work with him. He was honest, kind, took his time explaining the procedure and answering questions. After our consult I was able to sit with Audrey, the patient care coordinator. Some offices can get pushy at this point, but not Audrey. She was exceptional! She explained the pricing - it's all very upfront - and my options for surgery dates. I loved that Dr. Mariotti includes an insurance plan for these procedures, something no other doctor even offered. Audrey also provided a booklet with detailed information on prepping for surgery, the surgery itself and post-surgery. As a research-aholic, I was super impressed with the amount of information included. Dr. Mariotti clearly prides himself on educating his patients so that expectations are met in the best possible way. The surgery itself was much easier than I imagined and my recovery was incredibly fast. I've had two post-op appointments and they've also gone very smoothly. I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction 12 years ago. I'm very happy with my results. I am a RN and I work in the dermatology/aesthetics field. I see many women and men that have had plastic surgery by other surgeons, I have to say my results are by far the best I've seen. Dr Mariotti is an excellent surgeon. He has also operated on my mother and my daughter. I have recommended him a lot in the past year because I assess patients for cool sculpting at my job. I went to Dr. Mariotti in 2014 for a breast augmentation. I was extremely nervous but decided to go for a consultation with no expectations but to get more information. His staff was extremely friendly and answered all my question. When I talked to Dr. Marriotti I told him I was very insecure with my body and just wanted to be fuller but not look un naturally large for my body. He told me to bring in the size bra I wanted so we could talk about exactly what I wanted to do. After talking he said that he thought I could go even bigger if I wanted to because my "frame" would fit it. I told him no I just wanted to go up 2 cup sizes, and he absolutely respected that. He told me that when you first get them, your breast will be swollen and be larger than what we talked about, but not to worry because the swelling will go down and the implants will "drop." He was absolutely right! After walking around with my swollen breasts I was like, I definitely could have went bigger, that being said, I am very pleased with how they came out, they look amazing after they healed. 7 years later, I am still very happy I did, and that I choose Dr. Marriotti.
