I went to numerous doctors, dermatologist, rheumatologist, had allergy testing and biopsy's, creams. No one could give me an answer. By the time I went to Dr. Trauner I was tired, frustrated and didn't expect much. Dr. Trauner took one look at me, asked some questions and had me diagnosed within a few minutes with atopic dermatitis. He said the creams I had been given before were not strong enough. With stronger steroid cream it went away and hasn't returned. With both the initial and follow up visits he was very easy to talk to, listened without rushing, explained things clearly and what I need to do short and long term. Very competent. Such a relief. I highly recommend going to him.

From consultation to post-op care, I had zero complaints. Fast forward 18 years - my results were still amazing with no issues at all. I simply decided I wanted to switch from saline to silicone. I was sad to hear Dr. Prescott had retired, so I consulted with two other surgeons - one of whom came highly recommended in Folsom. Unfortunately, I didn't feel confident moving forward. Both told me they would need to create a new incision under my breast for the implant exchange. I asked why we couldn't go through my original incision (which is barely visible along my lower areola line), and they said reopening it wasn't a good idea and wasn't even an option. When I met Dr. Eberlin, everything changed. I was immediately relieved when I asked where the new incision would need to be, and without hesitation he said we could use my existing incision. He explained that I had healed beautifully and that areolar incisions are known to heal very well and offer natural camouflage compared to the 3-4 inch incisions that some surgeons still make under the breast. He also uses the Keller Funnel technique, something many top surgeons use - which allows for a "no-touch" implant placement. This reduces the risk of bacterial contamination and, in my case, allowed him to go through my original incision. That was incredibly important to me. If you're considering this procedure, I would highly recommend watching videos on how the Keller Funnel works. Unless you are choosing extremely large implants, in my opinion it's a much better approach than creating a larger incision under the breast. From the moment I left my consultation, I knew I would proceed with him. I never felt pressured or rushed. It felt like a thoughtful, genuine conversation. He gave his professional opinion when I asked, but ultimately empowered me to decide on the size and approach that felt right for me. On surgery day, he came in to speak with me beforehand and made sure I felt completely comfortable. Again, no rushing - just calm, confident care. Beyond his technical skill, he is simply a kind and caring human being. You can tell he truly loves what he does and is passionate about his work. I am beyond happy and so grateful I found him. Dr. Prescott and his staff are truly outstanding and I can't sing the praises loud and high enough. I had a face lift and upper and lower eyelids done and the results were fantastic! I look so "rested" and more youthful. Most people think I have simply been using a new cleanser or moisturizer on my face because I still look like myself, but I'm a new, improved, "refreshed" version of me! I went to Dr. Prescott on the recommendation of a friend. I am 63 and I had considerable neck sag. When I would get dressed up to go out to dinner with my husband, I felt a little sad when I checked myself out in the mirror. After meeting with Dr. Prescott, he took photos of my face and we saw pronounced eyelid droop as well. After surgery, my neck looks amazing and I have eyelids. I realized that I'd stopped wearing mascara and eyeshadow about five years ago. Now, I am having fun at the makeup counter. I feel good about myself. I don't look like a movie star, I look like me. I thought, he has the ability to reconstruct a face that was burned or any other physical future, who better to reconstruct my breasts right? Anthony, who worked closely with him throughout the entire process, was attentive to every detail and truly made me feel supported and at ease. I had a carcinoma removed from my scalp -- something very delicate, especially as a woman. I was truly impressed by the level of care and attention they gave me. They made sure to remove the smallest possible amount of hair, and someone on the team even braided sections of it to help preserve as much as they could. When the bandage was removed, I was honestly surprised: the incision was minimal, the scar was thin and clean, and the healing process went better than I could have hoped for.
