I find this very okay, easily getting to and from the airport to public transportation (this leg is free), reasonably safe, clean, and I got my transit pass for the week before boarding. Feels safe, sort of clean, no vomit on the train (public transportation standards are kind of low for me if I can get from the airport to my hotel more cheaply than taxi or Lyft). To get here from baggage claim you need to take the shuttle bus, and that's not very clearly marked. Not everyone will be helpful, but all the lowest level (hardest working) airport employees know where to catch the right shuttle bus because so many of them take MBTA. It's fine if you're traveling with carryon luggage, if you're burdened by bigger heavy bags this might not be a comfortable choice.

If you're flying into Boston Logan and needing to get into Downtown Boston without a car, this is one of the options. From the airport, you can take either the 22, 55, or 66 airport shuttle over here. At this station, you can take the blue line over to the Government Center station to connect to the green line. Your other option would be to catch the SL1 bus over to South Station for the red line or a commuter train.

This is a very convenient station for anyone flying in and out of the Boston Airport. The blue line goes straight from the airport to downtown and you can connect to any of the other lines from there. They also had a shuttle bus right outside the exit that would take you to any of the terminals. It was half outside which made it seem cleaner than some of the other stations.

Considering that this is the last interaction that many folks will have with the City of Boston, you'd think that they'd do a better job of running the operation. This evening, I got off the train and walked up to catch a bus to the terminal. I was there for a solid TWENTY MINUTES while watching the number of minutes on the "next bus arriving" sign go from 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 5 to 4 to 3 to 2. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL IS GOING ON HERE? Meanwhile, plenty of "DROP OFF ONLY" buses showed up and let people out but none arrived to let people on. Enough of this nonsense, I finally went up to one of those "drop off only" and asked the driver what was going on. "Shift change," he said. Screw you, Boston. This is seriously f'ed up. On the plus side, the signage was good and it was easy to find my way from the platform to the spot to wait for buses.

Clean, Spacious and accessible! Airport MBTA Station really makes a good impressive for us "tourist" of how transit friendly Boston is! Shuttle bus takes me from my Terminal to the Station.. and getting the 7 day unlimited pass ($15) is so simple and straightforward. No stairs at all to navigate.. great if you have a suitcase. A great start for my Weekend in Boston!!

I haven't missed a flight yet taking Logan Express the bus schedule is very accommodating and I have never run into any delays going or coming. Parking is reasonable. Only disappointment there is no Senior discounts for the bus ride and at one time if my memory serves me correctly there was a Senior discount.

Tons of parking since it used to be a drive in. It's a bit tricky to get to in the dark as it's off a side road that winds around a bit before getting to the entrance. There is a shelter which has ticket machines and staffing. Nice place to wait if it's cold, especially at 3AM. Staff has always been efficient and friendly. Appreciate this, especially again at 3AM. The bus ride in takes approximately half an hour in the middle of the night, probably a bit longer with traffic during the day. The bus stops at each Terminal starting with A. This is a great service especially if you have a super early/late flight that isn't amenable to taking the T. PS there is a discount if you book ahead on their website.

Still more convenient than driving or flying. But not if surrounded by rude people, delays and not as organized as it could be.

Upon arrival at South Station bus driver informs me that there will be 2 stops so it's NOT DIRECT and so I started researching other options and found out my 1:15 that was cancelled was NOW SHOWING AVAILABLE. WTF!!!! but we're here so we get on the 8:55 only to be told we don't have assigned seats so after 3 attempts of sitting and being moved the driver nicely accommodated us up front because he noticed my frustration. Nevertheless, I hope we make it safely to NY on this run down bus with tattered seats, missing toilet seat and barely working heat. I don't know what I expect from you guys but at the very least a reimbursement for the Uber would be nice and compensation for the loss of sleep if possible. This experience deserves some news air time though because I expected better from you Greyhound. Maybe I'll call my reporter friend at WHDH ‍ but rn I just pray this rattling bus gets us to NJ in one piece. That was only the ride there. Ride coming back made an unexpected stop which made us 30 minutes late which then made us miss our commuter rail.
