I was faced with an unexpected, long road trip and needed my maintenance done....on New Year's day. I called around and no one was open....then Al called me back. He was able to do a complete brake job, replace rotors, an oil change and replace a drive belt. He also included a complete scan of your car that he doesn't upsell you but gives you the codes to take to whomever you prefer. I don't know how he finds the time but he gives you video of what he's servicing. You get the beginning, during and after videos to show the work that's being done and if he finds anything alarming. He sends the video and call you to see what action would you like to take. I have never gotten service like this and this is my 4th audi and only get audi service. He has outclassed audi customer service and I will definitely make him my personal mechanic. To get great service at a fraction of the cost is remarkable. I'm not one to do a review like a salesman so I want this to reach those that are on the fence like i was. You'll appreciate someone looking out for you.
