Great food, great service! They were training a young lady at the order counter. She did well. Our order was perfect. The food was delicious. Our party of three ordered black Angus Club, turkey ranch BLT, and chicken salad ion a croissant with pickles, two sides of BBQ Miss Vickie's chips and a side of broccoli cheddar soup. The soup had good chunks of broccoli in it. The vegetables on the sandwiches was fresh and delicious the meats and cheeses were tasty. The pecanberry salad was Amazing. Plenty of eye catching strawberries, blueberries and pecans atop a beautiful green salad. The rasberry vinaigrette dressing brought the flavors together. I visited this McAlister's craving their black angus king club sandwich which uselly is really good. I always order extra horseradish sauce on the side as it makes the whole sandwich experience better....after ordering my sandwich , cup of soup and beverage. I had a seat and when the food arrived I noticed there was no sauce on the side I went to the counter to request a cup of it and was told they were out...I then asked soooo there's none on my sandwich? They had just put mayo on it and sent it out. I attempted to eat the sandwich of disappointment but it just sucked ass without it and I ended up leaving 90% of it the cup of soup was just ok. My biggest gripe is this when I ask for extra sauce on the side and you are out of it totally please communicate that to the people taking orders if I had known I would have ordered something else instead of spending 25.00$ on a shitty sandwich. read more

McAllister's deli is a great place for lunch. It's One of my favorite places to go for lunch. They have a wide selection of things to eat sandwiches, soups, soup in a bread bowl, salads and baked potatoes all which I can tell you are amazing. They also have a pretty good chili as well. So far I've had a little bit of everything there and I've never been disappointed when I leave. The baked potatoes are absolutely huge if you get a whole one so be hungry. The soup in a bread bowl is my favorite and usually I get French onion or chicken noodle. Both are great. The sandwiches there are great as well which I've had a variety of those an they don't skimp on how much they give you which makes the price well worth the food. It's always very clean and customer service is great. If you haven't been to McAllister's I suggest trying it you won't be disappointed. read more

This place is better than it has any right to be. Essentially a better value with better sweet tea panera. The soup here is good and the mac and cheese is alright. The sandwiches can get a little pricey but high quality and good bread make you forget about the price tag. Good COVID seating and a fast service has kept me coming back here in recent memory during my breaks in medical school. Easily my favorite soup is the potato and my favorite sandwich is probably either the italian or the reuben. Both are great! Definitely check this place out. Good deli! read more

Food is great, most of help is good. New hires are extremely difficult to integrate into store. Management rates a 1 out of 5 at best. Refuses to correct staff regarding being rude to customers, yelling in store, and not making orders correctly. Multiple times per shift items and drinks are missing from orders, to go orders, or food not made per order. Orders are taken over 10 different ways and training new people is very difficult due to a horrible point of sale system. Correcting management, about wrong approach on solving problems is like blowing in the wind....Their bank acct was flagged for fraud at my bank resulting in having to change banks after 23 years....due to very poorly written point of sale system...beware...on going problems are not overlooked with good food.....beware of overcharging, tips not right, and accounting errors they refuse to fix. read more

I feel so terrible for the staff at this business. Every time I go in there is either a bunch of pissed off customers or their computer systems are down. We've been here a few times and the food is always hot and fresh so thats a plus but theres always something missing. The latest time was no butter or sour cream with the potatoes...shouldnt have to ask for those. Ok...my first time at MacAlisters. My MacAlisters club was tasteless. I make a better one at home. The bread was dry, sandwich had very little mayonnaise the ham was so thin and no other sauces or onion. The service was very good, the atmosphere perfect and all food items are competitively priced. The salad was fresh and it tasted like homemade ranch dressing- exceptionally good ranch. check out was easy as there is a special Lane for people just picking up I pre-ordered takeout order.
