I was so elated to see this location open!! I'm not a fast food fan so when I need a quick meal this is my go to! I love how everything is prepared to order and super fresh! My favorite is the Chicken Salad on Croissant, with red onions added. I tried the Tomato Cucumber Salad, it was ok. The pieces of tomato were large cut and not much flavor. I also love and recommend upgrading and getting the Chicken Tortilla Soup as a side. I will get that on the next visit! I wanted a deli sandwich and found this place on Yelp. After I placed my order, I saw the cashier ignore the customer after me twice. The customer asked the lady at the counter to take her order and she said she was not a cashier. The customer became upset and left the place without placing an order. I was waiting for my order and 32 minutes went by and I went up to the counter to ask for my order and was told they forgot about me and handed me my order. I didn't receive an apology for the delay. I felt completely disregarded as a customer. I will never patronize this establishment again. The staff needs to trained in customer service. Two thumbs down and my order was wrong. read more

ever since hurricane ida (august of 2021) this location has been closed and it's now FINALLY open on the inside. i have a few issues with this location. the inside has many tables with their chairs on top of it not for use for some reason. and when they finally brought my food out the waitress SLAMMED it all on the table. besides that, though, the food was pretty good and their sweet tea is actually amazing. read more

WORST McAlister's experience EVER! If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered the Avocado BLT with side of mac & cheese to go and it was disgusting. The macaroni was ice cold, like they just took it out of the fridge/freezer, put it in a bowl, and served it. The BLT did not have a single whole slice of bacon on it, just a few burnt crumbles, no avocado at all and the bread wasn't toasted. All of this AFTER I had to wait 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time! read more

First noticed the extremely sticky dirty front counter, then went to go find a seat but was nearly impossible because all of their tables were disgusting. Then...went to drink my sweet tea. It was unsweet. Proceeded to go up there to change it out to sweet tea. Still unsweet. Had to go back up to get it changed again.. asked for no black olives on spud, had black olives all over spud. Absolutely Terrible from the employees to quality of food. Walk in a the employees are joking around and being loud. Ordered 45 bucks worth of sandwiches with sides as soup. All three sides of soups were cold as can be. It is 3:43pm as we speak and they are packing everything on the counter. They are closing at 5pm. I wonder why!? Terrible from top to bottom. I just left the Veterans location and I'm infuriated. I waited for my to-go order for 20 minutes and there wasn't a lunch rush at the time. My order didn't start getting made until I walked back to counter to ask about it. I wanted a refund but I was talked down from it because it was "almost" ready. I only had an hour lunch break and I ran out of time to eat and returned to work late. I'm never returning to this location and I regret living a tip. It doesn't take 30 minutes to make a sandwich. read more

I ordered a simple broccoli and cheese soup and Caesar salad. The soup was cold and the salad was drowning in dressing. ‍ I told the lady, "the soup is cold." She slid the cup, spilling some of the soup, to the cook in the back asking her to heat it up. Fortunately the cook had the good sense to make it over. Yuck! Visited mid-afternoon, completely empty of other customers. Had to step around an abandoned dustpan and broom propped at the counter in order to place our order. Ordered a Rueben sandwich, planning to to split, so asked for a spare plate. The second plate (stacked under the meal) was soaking wet (water puddling). While my husband was sopping up the water with napkins, it occurred to me to check my plate. The sandwich was sitting in (dishwasher) water and, needless to say, a soggy mess. Nasty. When we brought it back to the counter for a refund, the employee voided the credit card ticket but did not say a word, let alone any type of apology. EVERYONE needs more training. read more

Ordered off Waitr and when I got it, it was wrong. I asked for no bacon and honey mustard and both was on my sandwich. And I didn't even get my pickle. On the ticket on top of the box that my sandwich was in, it even said no bacon and no honey mustard. Definitely recommend checking your order before you leave. My coworker asked for no ham on hers and she still got it. Won't get it delivered again. And will double check when/if I do go there. read more

Jo'Tonia is the reason I'll be back. Food was great but the real star of my experience was when Jo'Tonia offered to make me a custom drink when I wasn't sure what I wanted. She made me a Strawberry Lemonade with real strawberries. It was delicious and her energy was great, especially working during the holidays! Thanks for great service! read more
