In over 30 years of using tax accountants, I have NEVER had an accountant refuse to sit down and go through my account with me, and I have NEVER been handed my return at pick-up time with absolutely no communication, no explanation, NOTHING! Not one word about the return or how things were handled, just a fat bill and a see ya later. This was so beyond unacceptable!!!!!!! I could have gone to H&RBlock and had way better service, way better communication, and for WAYYYYYY less money. This was just a mind-boggling horrible experience in every way and I would suggest you look ANYWHERE else for any tax help!!!!!!! I would seriously consider that the 4 reviews posted, for a company that has "been in business for decades" ???, may not be legit.

I would not recommend this company. They are disorganized at best. They advertise very low fees;…read morehowever, I learned after approximately 3 weeks that they charge by the hour (including emails) for anything above the tax preparation itself, which was never disclosed to me. I never received any kind of engagement letter outlining fees, etc. After putting in a ton of time and effort to get my S-corp set up, the CPA's assistant never ran payroll because she ran into an issue with my bank but never informed me. When I learned of this, she told me that she was very busy because it was tax season and said "Sweetie, if it was that stressful to you, you could have just done it yourself". By not running payroll, they caused me to be behind in submitting a W-2 to get an employer medical insurance plan which means that I will have to pay over $700 for another month of my individual plan. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was able to find all of my dad's old tax returns and all of his financials through his financial institutions and Cindy was able to make sense out of everything. She explained what my dad had been doing with his taxes and that was very helpful.
