I have been a patient with Dr. Callaway since I was a child... Recently I found out I have a bad…read morenerve in one of my molars and an infection at the root. I was given antibiotics and told that that would help with my pain. I am yet to find any relief... I have been dealing with this pain since early January and cannot get in to an oral surgeon to have it pulled until April. At this point my pain is constant and very severe. It is affecting my life and my work because I cannot function well right now while I am in so much pain. Despite all of this the Doctor refused to give me pain meds due to "protocol". I was just repeatedly told "take ibuprofen or tylenol" and that it is "protocol" to not prescribe pain meds for an extraction patient. This is completely unacceptable. I hope Doctor Callaway knows he has lost a lifelong patient and he should be ashamed he turned his back on me when I needed his care the most! I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. I will also be letting others know about this callous treatment when they ask about dental recommendations.

The process of teeth shifting should have been minimal but has been almost a year and they still haven't come close to where they should be. Also halfway through they had to change from Invisalign to braces because they were unable to complete the process (even tho I still am paying the extra $1,500 for Invisalign that didn't work). The only thing about the office that is worth going is because the workers are very nice and good to be around. However, they are severely overwhelmed with patients and often I have to wait in a long line of people winding down the hallway for what turns out to be a 5 minute appointment. I would not recommend nor would I go to them again given the chance.

The ladies at the front office greeted me with a smile and ushered me in promptly. Once in the hands of the assistant, I felt comfortable and at ease Dr. Ansari was the best! He was engaging and informative. I could tell by our conversation that, not only did he have extensive knowledge of his work, but he truly loves what he does. Coupled with that, once the procedure began, I knew that I was in good hands. He had a light touch, constantly checking to make sure that I was okay. Such compassion and care is rare these days when medical people sometimes seem to just want to be done with you and move on to the next patient. While I was there I felt like I was the only patient he had. He was focused on me and spent time listening to me. The entire experience was excellent! It was timely, pain free and pleasant. I will definitely be back. I'm convinced that I have found my dental home. Excellent!
