In the busy season they do book up so make your reservation early. Prime location right next to the pier. If you are on the beach side you will have an amazing view. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and a bunch of antique shops as well We were in room 202 which is an upstairs king room. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and liquid hand soap so no need to bring your own. Our room had a jetted tub The bedroom area has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, fireplace and 3 chairs to lounge in. They provide an extra blanket if you get cold. There is best but no A/C. However there is a box fan in the closet and a ceiling fan as well Outside you have a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Beautiful View. Just be careful eating outside as there are lots of seagulls However they were friendly All day in the lobby you can get hot tea and hot chocolate along with fruit and cereal. From 8 am to 10 am they add coffee. From 4 pm to 5 pm they have beer and wine available They also have sugars and creamers available Breakfast is included each morning. You fill out a card with your choices and drop it at the front desk before 5 pm the night before. You can also leave it hanging on your door. Each morning you can have a pastry or quiche, flavors change daily. They also have yogurt, hard boiled egg, fruit, orange juice or milk. We had the quiche each morning and they were delicious. You can also choose what time between 8 am and 10 am you would like it delivered. Each afternoon freshly baked cookies are placed in your door hanging in a cute bag. The oatmeal and chocolate chip were amazing. If you want excellent service and amenities then this should be your choice. Very personal service, amazing location and quiet. It is a historic Victorian house with an abundance of character and old world style. Each room is unique and there are charming little details everywhere you look. We felt so welcome by the lovely garden and the wide porch was calling my name. It just seemed to say "chill for a minute", which I did. The house has a very subtle sweet woody smell that adds a soothing touch to the interior atmosphere. I found it to be instantly relaxing. Our rooms were absolutely beautiful, clean, and bright. The bed was so very comfortable that I slept as though I was at my grandparents house, and feeling completely cared for. Reading the journals with the notes from past visitors was such a delight and It adds to the warmth and comfort that this house lends to those who pass through. Breakfast was way better than expected! It wasn't just coffee and a muffin. They gave us a variety of options with high quality ingredients, and the coffee was smooth and full bodied. The house is in close proximity to many of the Paso wineries, 30 min to Morro Bay, and 10 minutes to downtown Paso Robles which made it easy to take mid afternoon naps before the next activity. This past weekend we reserved the House of Zin. We occupied three rooms and having the privacy, tranquility and solitude this home offers is off the charts. The pricing was also advantageous. We used the kitchen for breakfast and snacks while eating elsewhere for dinner. The exterior deck is the perfect place to chat and share opinions about our day checking out the wineries while sipping on nectar of the GODS. This home is comfortable and is equipped with all the essentials. We are even planning to put the outdoor grill to use on our next trip out. We LOVE it here and how can we NOT return?
