Took my truck for an oil change and one of the techs BROKE THE KEY OFF in the ignition. I was told…read morethat because the ignition cylinder had a pre existing problem- that they were not responsible for the cost of the locksmith ($110). The manager refused to offer ANYTHING (as a show of goodwill) towards the cost even though his guy FORCED the key until it broke. He told me that my truck is old and has over 200k miles on it. What did that have to do with his tech not STOPPING to COME AND TELL ME that he's having trouble turning the key?? Would not even waive the cost of the oil change - which they used PREMIUM OIL that I DID NOT ASK FOR nor did they INFORM ME that that's what was being used (in order to charge me more for the oil change). NOTHING. Not even 25 bucks. The guy that broke the key (nor the manager) DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!! Just rolled my truck out, got out and walked back inside! These guys are VERY unprofessional, rude and terrible business men. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
