It feels like they just didn't want to do the work to get this car in proper shape for a young person. The car should not have been on the lot if it wasn't ready. It has been a horrible experience for my daughter, she trusted that these "nice" people were selling her a decent vehicle and now she feels like she's been lied to repeatedly.

We purchased a 2021 Subaru WRX in August 2025 for our son. The vehicle had 55k miles on it with 5k miles left on the factory warranty and we added the extended. Approximately 700 miles/3 weeks after my son took it to college the clutch began squeaking. My husband had him take it to the Subaru dealership near him and they reported that they would need to take apart everything to assess the clutch. Once they had taken apart the car, they sent pictures of the clutch, which are attached. My husband reached out to Victory Motors and talked with Jordan Fisher. He stated that it was a wear and tear issue and our 18 year must have ruined the clutch because he was an incompetent clutch driver. Our son has been driving a clutch since he received his permit and drove his previous 14 year old Mazda for 3 years with zero clutch issues. Jordan stated that we would have to bring the vehicle to their shop to have it assessed but ultimately it was not their responsibility as we purchased the vehicle "as is". As the clutch had already been taken a part it did not seem like a wise financial decision to have Subaru put it back together to take it to a dealership that had become untrustworthy in our opinion. We asked for the dealership to reimburse 1/2 of the cost and Jordan said that would not be fair to his company. After several heated discussions with my husband, Jordan offered $500 in exchange for my husband to issue a written apology, remove his Google Review and sign an affidavit stating we would not post any more negative reviews of their business. Today- 9/13, exactly one month after purchasing the vehicle, we learned the battery is also bad. If you decide to purchase from here, you should definitely have an independent mechanic check out the vehicle. We have learned our lesson and will no longer trust that a business has the customer's safety and best interests in mind.

When my radiator cracked Mike helped me get a greatly reduced price to help repair it at their mechanic. Instead of costing me $2000 to repair , it cost me $500 and I am eternally grateful. I can not blame them for problems that happened well after I drove off the lot. Plus cars will have issues after 100k miles. Especially this one. However the quality of the car was completely disingenuous. We received the car about two weeks after the purchase. About 2 weeks after receiving the car we noticed the paint on the passenger side of the car was bubbling and peeling on the doors and door jams. We reached out to the dealership multiple times and were told "let me look into that" and would not receive a call back. We then moved to email communication with Zach at frontline. There was several back and forth emails explaining that the quality of the vehicle was not disclosed. He offered to have us bring the car down and get it repaired 3 hours away. Which means days off of work, paying for a hotel, and leaving my wife alone with three small children, which I explained was not possible and was offered "500$ and to move on with our lives". Our deductible for our insurance is 1000$ and the amount of paint repair needing to be done is about 4500$. We received completely unprofessional email of "understood. I tried". I understand this is probably a one off situation, but feel as though the disingenuous and lack of response is warranted for a poor review. I personally would not recommend frontline auto brokers at this time to any colleagues or friends.
