    Don't buy from this dealership…read more On November 24, a friend referred me here, so I drove 100 miles south to check out a vehicle. I met with Colin, who was nice and pleasant, and after test-driving a few cars, I ended up purchasing a 2022 Lincoln. The very next morning, when I went to leave, my driver's seat was completely disconnected from the base frame. I immediately sent a picture to Colin, who told me they would take care of it. The next day he said his manager would "make this right." Two days later, I finally heard from Colin's manager, Kelly, who also promised he'd talk to the DP and get this resolved. And then--nothing. Colin and Kelly both ghosted me, and as of Dec 8 I'm still stuck with a broken seat in a vehicle I just bought. I've been in the car business for 12 years, and I have never seen service like this. I've never purchased a defective vehicle and then been ignored by both the salesman and the manager. I will never return to this dealership again, and I strongly recommend others stay far away.

    Extremely Disappointed - Buyers Beware…read more We purchased a 2025 Lincoln Navigator Black Label from Sill-TerHar in Broomfield, CO, and the experience was nothing short of DISAPPOINTING. The vehicle was delivered with TWO large black scratches on the rear tailgate!! Damages the dealership was fully aware of before the sale and mentioned they noticed them. Instead of taking responsibility and ensuring the vehicle matched "brand-new" condition, they refused to cover the cost of the paint repair!!!!!!!! Our salesman, Kyle, only added to the frustration. His communication was POOR, updates were INCONSISTENT, and we felt our concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed. For a luxury purchase of this magnitude, we expected transparency, professionalism, and follow-through. We got NONE of those things. In the end, we had to have a problem fixed that NEVER should have been ours to deal with. This is not the level of service or integrity a luxury dealership should provide. I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering buying from Sill-TerHar!! Look elsewhere for a dealership that stands behind their vehicles and treats customers with respect.

The process is simple, you just have to be patient while they find the right car for you. If you need a car today, they have a huge lot to choose from, however if you are like me and are very specific, just give them your wants and sit back, they do a great job hunting it down. Amy was prompt and helpful throughout the…read morebuying process, and made everything very easy - from coming to view the car (and staying late when I needed more time to make a decision!), to setting up financing with Elevations Credit Union (who they already had a relationship with), to signing on the dotted line. I was an easy customer, but they also were pretty responsive to any requests or questions. Amy really showed her value with a few different things (1) she heard me talking to my partner about finding a ride to AutoTrek, given that we only have one car - Amy sent an Uber to pick me up! (2) she stayed after hours when I was making the decision to sign, and put zero pressure on me to even make a decision that night (a major plus for me - I'm sick of pushy and sleazy car salespeople). In fact, I felt no pressure throughout the whole process to buy if I wasn't happy with anything. (3) after I bought the car, I noticed a few things that needed AutoTrek's attention that I didn't notice until I was off the lot. They owed me nothing at this point, but instead, Amy worked with me to get my minor issues resolved with her network of local businesses. Side note: They don't appear to be open to negotiating prices. This could just be my experience because Xterras typically sell like hot cakes in Boulder (and a more common car sitting on the lot for a few weeks might be more negotiable), but AutoTrek didn't budge on price. That said, the price still seemed fair, so I took it. Overall A+ experience - they made buying a used car a very easy process and were incredibly straightforward throughout.
