My boiler kept going out, and Marty (who is very personable, informative, and honest) was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was very conservative with his approach, fixing the cheapest possible cause first. He ordered an expensive part and kept it in his, so in case the first round of repairs was not enough to fix the malfunction, he could come over quickly and get my heat back on without any delays. Luckily, that first thing wound up fixing the issue, and I didn't have to pay for what would turn out to be an unnecessary, much costlier repair. It doesn't hurt that the company has very customer-friendly policies: responsive 24 hour service (not just lip service), no diagnostic charge if a repair exceeds the cost of the visit, and no charge for any subsequent visits for the same problem within 30 days. Trustworthy, reliable repair is notoriously hard to find, but I've found it here!

The representative is named Dian and I cannot say enough great things about her work ethic and her ability to explain the issues in a sensible manner. She was always available by phone and text (even after normal work hours!) to assure I was getting the best service. We need to have the well water tested at my Dad's home as part of the VA loan selling process. We had a slightly elevated arsenic level over the EPA standards and Dian worked with me to better understand the situation and walked me through the process on how to remedy the situation according to county guidelines. No parts were replaced or anything just a flipped switch. most companies that simple of a thing would have been included in the $145 service charge. If they would have spent half an hour putting a new valve on or something the 1hour labor charge would have been justifiably.
