After experiencing a failure of an install (a secure shower seat failed on first use), I was ignored for 6 days and only on my follow up was it "Oh, sorry for taking so long to tell you sorry about your luck- not my problem". (I've paraphrased but this is the gist). I offered him the chance to make it right, but he has dodged accountability at every turn. He didn't even bother to show up to inspect the failure, simply told me it wasn't his faul via text a week after the failure. He wastes no time expecting payment, though. I have everything documented and will provide upon request and during a video review. I'm still hoping to avoid litigation by having someone ELSE come and fix it for a reasonable rate, but my hopes aren't high. He also damaged my trim (cut into it) installing an access panel behind the shower, which I didn't make a big deal out of at the time; but after the failure of the seat, I have to warn you- you can do better. He's young and I respect the hustle but he has a LOT to learn about integrity and accountability it seems.

The driver of the van pulled into my neighbor's driveway, sat there for 10 minutes without even getting out of the van, then left. After calling them, I was told that he "must have gotten a call to shut someone's water off." I waited another 45 minutes until calling back. I was told that he wasn't coming back because he was booked through the rest of the day. Apparently, BFS Plumbing doesn't value appointments and thinks it is OK to pick and choose which customer is more important than another. Why he didn't even get out of the van is one thing, but I didn't even get a call from the plumber saying that he had to leave. Nor was there in inquiry about which house was mine. He just left - with no notice - and didn't come back. The lady I spoke with on the phone was less interested in getting him back to my house and more interested in defending the plumber and his other appointments that he had. She voiced, "There is obviously nothing we can do to satisfy you." My reply to which was simply, "Getting a plumber out here would satisfy me greatly." She told me he couldn't because he had other appointments and they were "on the other side of town." As a customer, I would expect that my appointment should be just as important as any other. BFS Plumbing did not honor my appointment or even give me the professional courtesy of a phone call. For this reason, I would not recommend giving this company business.
