We live near Stevensville and have been at our current location for 15 years. We are on a well which provides hard water with a high iron content. For those 15 years Damon has been our AIM representative and has provided us with water treatment equipment that has solved our iron and water hardness issues. While we have been very satisfied with Damon's customer service, he went over and above expectations last Saturday. Late in the afternoon last Saturday I attempted to do a routine quarterly water sediment filter cartridge change. (I have been doing these quarterly for 15 years with no problem.) After I changed out the filter cartridge, reassembled the top cap and sump, and opened the water line to the filter assembly, there was a significant leak between the cap and sump. I disassembled the filter to see if I could find the cause of the leak. I could not and I reassembled the unit and again opened the water line feeding the filter assembly. The leak got worse. At this point I had to shut the valve for the waterline feeding our house. It was late Saturday afternoon, I could not find the issue causing my filter assembly to leak, and I was faced with NO water in the house until I could get help fixing the problem. I was concerned it would be at least a week before I could get help. I called the AIM service number for Damon. HE ANSWERED even though, I suspect, it was after work hours on a weekend! I told him I had a water Emergency and he worked with me to troubleshoot the problem. It turned out that I must have damaged the sump "O" ring that provides a water tight seal between the sump and the filter cap. I NEEDED A NEW "O" ring to solve my problem! I offered to drive to the AIM office in Mishawaka to get the part but Damon said he would drive to Berrien Springs to meet and give me the "O" ring I needed. In less than 20 minutes I had the new "O" ring, and in 30 minutes my water emergency was solved! Damon went out of his way to help me fix my water issue and avoid our house being without water for at least a weekend, and probably a week. HE IS THE BEST!!!!

They were able to come out the same day, communication was excellent, and the repair itself took only about 30 minutes. Despite saying, they offer free estimates, Town And Country pulled the permit and didn't even bother to go out and check the work or give me an estimate. They managed to fail not one, but TWO rough in inspections! Yes, Tim, the owner expects me to pay for his failed inspections. But it gets worse, three different electricians came in to do exactly what? They re-stapled some wires, and then put in two new outlets that the city didn't require, including one in another bedroom. When I called about the unnecessary work and inflated charges the owner, Tim, literally screamed at me over the phone. Unprofessional, condescending, rude and dismissive. I offer to make a partial payment, but he responded with more threats. He refused mediation. This bill is almost $1200. He threatened to put a lien on my house and actually that's the first thing he follow through on with great Efficiency. I've used this company before and have experienced their price gouging, but I was in a bind. they knew when I called them I was a blank check opportunity because only Town And Country Plumbing can call in for the Final Inspection. So I have a lien on my house and the permit is still opened. If anyone can help please reach out. Thanks. Obviously, I will never use them again and notice a trend of a lot of recent one star reviews! As you can see from other reviews the lack of coordination, communication, showing up, overinflated prices, etc is how Town and country operates.

Kevin Canney came to my home the day I called to say my old water softener had quit working . He…read moreshowed me the metal filings and said this particular water softener was no longer being manufactured and with the age being 13 years it was time to replace the softener. I had a time crunch requiring the new softener to be the next day. Kevin assured me the unit they sold would be great and could be installed the next day! Perfect for me. The installer who came the next day was very kind and professional and within less than two hours my new one was installed and ready to go and my old one was hauled away. My reverse osmosis quit working. Need service? Well, that will take 10 days - yes DAYS to reconnect to your WiFi. Billing issues? Good luck. I received a bill for over $400 (monthly payment is under $60). I was TOLD they changed ACH provider SIX months ago. Never contacted me - even with my email and phone number. When I called, obviously upset, they hung up on me. Very mature way to handle a customer trying to understand how on earth my bill is over $400. Oh and THEY never contacted me, but managed to charge me $17 A MONTH LATE charge for all the months they did not reach out to tell me they changed service for my automatic payment. I was told OVER SIX MONTHS they were going thru a list to reach customers. So, they couldn't email me? They couldn't call me in six months to tell me to re-register my automatic payment? $17 a month late charge for THEIR ERROR? Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rudest customer service ladies you were ever find. I would give ZERO stars if possible.
