McCarty's was exactly what I would expect for a public country club in a rural area. Cute and quaint with friendly service and food that was good enough. The brussels sprouts were dry but had good flavor. The cheese curds were the typical cubed, baked cheese curds that you find at most restaurants with cheese curds on their menu in northern Colorado right now. If I'm in the area, I would go again to try more food. read more

I've been here several times and the food is typically very good. However, everything about their gyro special I had this week was disappointing. The meat, the tzatziki sauce, the overall flavor was a let down. I suggest not trying to improve it but simply replacing it. read more

This spot is a gem! Great food and fantastic service! Between the pot roast, french dip, burger and another sandwich, all were served hot and by great service. The salad bar, although basic, was fresh, clean and a fine addition to the meal! Well done! The manager was checking with everyone, helping clear tables, and it was nice to see quality service. Typically have had good experience. Had been a somewhat regular diner at this restaurant...but the last two occasions have been "spotty" with the last one just pathetic, my Southwest Chicken Wrap was so dry...the SW Ranch Dressing and guacamole were missing with nothing but the wrap cut in half on the plate! No garnish of any sort and no ramekins with the SW Ranch Dressing or Guacamole...just a bare plate. Fortunately my wife's Prime Rib was excellent and we ordered a Salad Bar and order of Fried Calamari which gave me enough good food. read more

This place has a terrible women working for them. We came in for breakfast and drinks. Waited 20 minutes to even see her. She never greeted us. I got my own water for her to walk away without asking if we needed anything. Another guy at the bar told her to take care of us before him because he's been there and has his food and drink. For her to just make him another drink and ignore us again. A group of people had a room catered for them with no plates to eat from. She was annoyed when they asked for plates so they could eat. To then again walk away from us. This was a terrible experience and will never come back!! The guy at the bar even apologized to us as we left. read more

We had dinner here last Friday and it was excellent! The wait staff is very good, the salad bar is one of the best around and our meals were served hot and timely. We all had steak and salad bar. All of our steaks were cooked exactly the way we ordered them. It's one of our favorite places now! It's on the golf coarse so its beautiful and has a beautiful view of the mountains. It has a great patio and the prices are so reasonable. I definately recommend! Check the menue as it changes from day to day. They have lunch and dinner specials. read more

They really need to update there website. I was really excited to try this place. However it was a huge let down No Sunday brunch buffet. However the website said they do one. Our server really needed some training. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and she said it came with toast and then came back and asked me if I still wanted it and it didn't come with my meal.
